OMG! Went on lunch and got the daily special with a drink didn’t get a straw took the lid off for a drink and there it was a smashed bug on the side of the inside of my cup!!! Talking about getting sick to my stomach!!! Do better subway!

Just picked up my food around 6pm today , the store was so clean ! The two employees working were nice and helpful !! Best subway experience I have had

Came in this evening. Waited around a few minutes for service. Front door unlocked.....open sign ON.....not a single person in the restaurant, customer or employee. No one in the restroom or outside. Empty. Anyone can walk in and do whatever. :(

The food is good but service is lacking of multi tasking of keeping an eye on the customers food and also the drinks fountain is overflowing. But yeah they need to hire more staff there.

Received an email notifying $6.99 for Foot Long deal by entering 699FL.. After placing order online for the Boss, and enter the code said invalid code. Tried at least 3 other subway locations in the Richardson, Garland and Dallas and none of them accept the code. So it's either false advertising or bait and switch.

I was just there. I wish I had read these reviews and I wound have gone someplace else. No customer service what so ever from the girl that was there. I got greeted with a cold stare which made it uncomfortable to order. The veggies were old looking I should have just left but for the time I had left for lunch I ordered. The whole time I was ordering was no smile, just her being annoyed by me coming in was the vibe I got. It should have been a clue when I was the only one there placing my order. I won't be annoying anyone there again! Good luck being productive with people like that working for you.

On March 21, 2025 @5:56pm, I ordered off the app for a $6.99 footlong. I had ordered with pepper jack cheese and mayonnaise on both sides of the bread. What I got was American cheese and a big glob of mayonnaise in the middle of my sandwich. I also asked for more lettuce, more pickles and more onions but it didn't seem to be what I received. Please do better and double check the order request with what you made!!! Easy peasy and the problem would be solved🤷🤷🤷

Went to subway at lunch time - ordered a OUTLAW foot long. The guy serving me preps the bread and puts on ingredients/ I go home and open the sandwich- and take a bite “it is a tuna sandwich” the problem is that the guy working does not speak good English - both employees were speaking Spanish. If you want to serve in America please hire staff that speak English. Then he keeps insisting to charge me extra as tuna is cheaper- at this point the sandwich should be FREE. What a bad customer service!

Ordered a Turkey Titan , what I got was a vegetable sandwich, with pieces of turkey sprinkled in, this sandwich was a joke . Third time I have ordered from this location , since it's on my way home, Thursday time it's a complete fail . Literally got home and had to put my own deli meat in it to make it edible, wasn't worth the drive all the way back to argue.
