I went in to use restroom before being told I had to purchase something which I agreed to, but left my wallet in the car- not expecting the request - either way, I was saying thank you, I’ll be back with my wallet before the aggressive Indian lady started ranting - and stating with such a funky attitude how I was supposed to pay for something! When I was literally in route to do so- turned into a very vulgar screaming match and she should be fired!! For the worst customer service I’ve seen yet! Appears I found her photo from other really bad comments left on same ride girl!

The air conditioner was on I'm this store and it felt like a meat locker.
We ordered the specialty sandwich that is the turkey sandwich with dressing. We were charged for the dressing and my girlfriend told the woman who was argumentative. My girlfriend pulled it up online ro show her and with that they credited back the money.
Terrible that I have to say this but I don't like people that speak another language in front of me when I live in the Unites States....
Turns me off to want to go to a Subway now....

It’s hit or miss. When the younger gentleman is working the sandwiches and service is amazing! When it’s the older lady is there it’s extremely disappointing. It will be either 5 star experience or a 1 star experience. Straight up.

I ordered from this store, my order was brought opened, tomatoes was added to my food which I am allergic to. Very poor service.

Ordered two separate sandwiches and both of them were made incorrectly. Spoke with the manager and she was not helpful at all. She advised that the sandwiches should’ve been brought back so they could fix them when I got them and got home 10 minutes before they close horrible service horrible people will not be returning to dislocation ever..

I ordered from this subway via the app twice in a row as it is close to my work and convenient during my lunch breaks. My order yesterday consisted of cold, half cooked egg and missing toppings. Today, I ordered on the app again and was unable to switch the location on the app so I ordered here again. This time, I was missing toppings again and the flatbread was hard as rock. I came back to the store and spoke to Monica politely about the situation. She was very rude, created conflict, and refused a refund. The service and food quality here is horrible. Save the hassle and try another subway location instead. Would give zero stars if it was an option.

If i could give this location a zero i would. Terrible attitude. Called the store to resolve a mixup and a lady told me she was busy with customers. Went to the location within 5 minutes and there wasn’t a single customer in there. 2 workers were in the back unpacking boxes. I walked in and the lady already knew what i was there for probably from the frustrated look on my face. Good customer service won’t hurt nobody but this place is a joke. I wouldn’t recommend this location if it was the last one standing.

Bad experience at this subway today. The two ladies working there are rude. I bought a foot long but they charged me for 2 separate 6 inch sandwiches. Asked for extra spinach they literally added four leaves. Repeatedly asked to change gloves as they were touching the meat, vegis bread with the same pair. I wouldnt go here again.

Ordered online and when I get there they didn’t have the chips or the drink I selected. They only had about 3 chip choices available. Of course the ones no one wants. The sweet tea and unsweet tea containers both empty. I sat outside eating in my car. They only had about 3 customers come while I ate and during that time they don’t even try to refill the tea. Two employees just standing around. I will not come back to this location.

I placed a order at 8:00pm, the order said it would be ready at 8:20pm I showed up at 8:25pm and my order was not ready, the employee that was working was sitting in the lobby watching something on her phone and was mad at me cuz I wanted to know why my order wasn’t ready 5 minutes after it was supposed to be! She said what do you want me to do! This is crazy unprofessional.
