Ok i read about this female employee after i had my own experience and i have to say i couldn’t agree more. I was at the store and i wanted to wash my hands before ordering a sandwich and she just stopped me while making sandwiches that bathroom is only for customers. I am sorry but i had to let her have it. This is an awful place. She could have stopped me after i came out of the bathroom if she was for certain i was only there to use the bathrooms. I was actually hungry and decided to go to across the street. Do not go to subway again. This is a dying business to be completely honest.

Went to get lunch on Saturday, February 8th at around 1:00 p.m. We waited for a while to get our food b/c the only attendant run out of baskets and had to wash them first. Got a couple of cups for our drinks but were told they only have Diet Coke. Tea was not available either. Asked for water but cashier said we will have to pay $2.99 for each cup (to get water)! Then changed her mind and said she will not charge us for the cups, we declined and were told we were having an attitude. The tables and floors were dirty. Not going back to this location.

I had bad customer service. There is a worker who is black and has tattoos on his face. They did not have drinks available. I paid for drinks and they did not have any available. The cost is not much, but I am Latino and he told me: "Wet back, how is the racism?"

I had a really disappointing experience with customer service at this Subway location. It was very different from other Subways I've visited. When I asked for an extra line of sauce, they charged me $1, but they added so little sauce that it barely made a difference. They also charged extra for vegetables, which was frustrating. This isn’t the first time I've encountered issues like this. If I’m ordering four subs, shouldn’t I at least get a glass of water? Instead, they told me there’s no free water available and that I had to buy it.

I don't think I've ever heard someone snap at people the way I did in this store today. They were out of most types of bread (which isn't an issue by itself, stuff happens), but she was snapping at everyone and seemed to deliberately refuse to help someone to) who didn't speak English that was using their phone as a translator by yelling at them. I didn't see a name tag, otherwise I absolutely would name drop them here (it was an older African-American lady with glasses and dark hair), but that was extremely unpleasant to be around, and it wasn't even directed at me. As an aside, I have never been told "I can't give you more than this" with regard to the veggies at a Subway location before today. So long as that employee is there, I will not be returning, nor will I recommend it to anyone else.

I bought two foot long sandwiches here today for to go and they are great! Best subway in the city! I will be coming here many more times! Everything about them was perfect! Perfectly folded, perfectly spicy! Incredibly delicious
