Walked in at 12:14 pm with one customer sitting down eating. There was no one in line at the counter and the employees completely ignored I was standing there. This is typical ignorance now days because these employees do not seem to understand where there paycheck comes from

This is the second location where more than one person has told me to skip the tip, because they don't get the tips. I ask outright why they say that and they tell me. The other was Custer and Renner. Why do owners get away with this? It's theft and is not okay. Its literally tip theft. I did tip the person in cash this last time. The service was great but I'm sick of owners taking tips meant for employees. Why do they value their customers and employees so little? I'm reporting yet again to corporate and the state for fraud. They don't care, but I'm doing what I can. It's theft from customers and workers. As a customer, I won't be back here and will be going down the street to Jersey Mike's. I can't give my business to businesses like this. If you are the owner, shame on you. How vile. I hope others follow my lead and you go out of business. Disgusting.

this is the worst subway i’ve ever had. that lady made my sandwich into a PILE OF MUSH, barely toasted it, and sloshed it around in the wrapper to where all the meat and sauce fell out. and looking at all these reviews that have the same experience, she needs to be FIRED!!!

The lady who prepared my sandwich was very kind and helpful! She offered a suggestion of adding salt, pepper, and a touch of oil before she toasted my Philly sandwich. It was absolutely delicious 😋
Terria makes the best sandwiches! Hardworking, humble, and a great conversationalist. The atmosphere is cool in the summer heat and she keeps the place clean to the best of her abilities!
