Walked in and lady was just on her phone. Told her I had an online order and she gave me a nasty face. And to finish it off my sandwich was made with the wrong bread. And little to no mayonnaise and Chipotle sauce even tough I made it have extra. Reading other reviews seems like this is a common occurrence. There's plenty subways around don't come to this one.

The service at this store is consistently disappointing. The two employees often laugh and smile when talking to each other but never extend the same courtesy to customers, making me feel unwelcome. This behavior has not changed despite multiple visits. Additionally, I am puzzled by the presence of a particular Indian employee who seems unqualified and unwilling to show kindness to customers. These employees definitely need to be re-educated!!!!!

3:10 pm 12/14/24 - I stood at the line waiting for someone to greet me and make my food for almost 5 minutes until another employee leaving told the guy i was standing there. Then when the guy came out he ran his hand through his hair and then grabbed gloves but wiped his nose before he put on the gloves. Meaning the very sanitary gloves that were supposed to touch my food would have bacteria and dirt from not only his unwashed hands but his hair and his nose. I immediately said never mind in awe and left. Please train your employees to do better

Disappointing Service Experience

I visited this subway location yesterday and was excited to grab my favorite sandwich. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by a rude Indian staff member(fat lady) who seemed to bully me without any reason.

While the food was great, the attitude of one employee really impacted my visit. It would be helpful if the management could provide better training on customer service, as kindness goes a long way in the food industry.

On a positive note, the other staff members were friendly, and the food was delicious as always. I hope my next visit is better!
