My daughter and I started coming here around a month ago. The beverages and pasteries are delicious. We've tried various coffees and tea and liked them all. The service is friendly and fast. The staff is knowledgeable if you have questions. The atmosphere is quiet, but not stuffy. There are often small groups meeting to study or chat and also always individuals reading or working. There is a large table or small tables can be pushed together or a cozy sofa area.

Wow, great coffee, so happy to find someone other than Starbucks. Had a Cold Brew, it was delicious.

Trying new coffee spots and we ordered the French Vietnamese Au Lait. This coffee is AMAZING, smooth, strong with just the right amount of sweetness from the condensed milk. Chocolate chunk cookie, yum! Definitely a must try!

Story time, we were there yesterday. A bit busy in the morning. We ordered 2 separate times. On the second order they forgot our order. No biggie. Wifey ordered a cream cheese Danish. Fun fact. Cream cheese isn't supposed to be out longer than 2hrs before it starts to spoil(salmonella). She noticed the same breads out this morning from the day before. She also noticed where we were sitting yesterday morning(15month old baby) the crumbs were still on the floor from the cookie he ate. We cleaned off the table but the floor was still dirty. Kinda makes you wonder about the cleanliness of their machines. Please do better guys.

First time customer today and enjoyed my visit! Got a hot vanilla latte, I believe it was 16oz (medium sized cup), it was worth the $5/$6. The coffee shop is pretty large, a lot of seating, and service was great. Looking forward to visiting again and trying their breakfast sandwiches!

Got the chai latte, it was watered down and not frothy/ creamy as I prefer. It was only $5 for a 16oz, so fairly priced. The people working there also seemed nice and eager to answer questions. Plenty to of space to hang out as well!

Sweetwaters Coffee Shop has truly become a second home for me since I moved to Plano a few months ago. It was the very first coffee shop I ventured into to study, and little did I know that it would soon become an essential part of my daily routine. As I sit here with my delicious cinnamon scone and steaming latte, I feel compelled to share my love and gratitude for this incredible establishment. The moment I walked through the door, I was greeted by an atmosphere that can only be described as warm and welcoming. The staff here is beyond exceptional. It's evident that their utmost desire is to ensure that every customer leaves with a smile on their face. From the moment you enter until the moment you depart, their commitment to making your experience the best it can be is palpable.A special shout-out goes to the ever-smiling and incredibly helpful manager, Janella. Her dedication to ensuring that every customer's visit is special is truly remarkable. She has a talent for making you feel like a valued guest, and she always goes the extra mile to assist you in finding the perfect drink or food item. No matter how busy the shop gets, she never fails to get your order to you as fast as possible, all while maintaining that radiant smile. Now, let's talk about the food and drinks. Sweetwaters Coffee Shop has spoiled me with their delightful offerings. The cinnamon scones, in particular, have become a personal addiction. They are not only beautiful to look at but also incredibly delicious. I've sung their praises to friends, family, and even my professors at school. In fact, I think about those scones at least once a day, and on a particularly indulgent day, I'll even go for two.But the culinary delights at Sweetwaters don't stop at scones. Their sandwiches are amazing, especially the bacon, egg, and cheese croissant sandwich. It's a perfect combination of flavors, and it never fails to satisfy my breakfast cravings. Beyond that, there's a wide variety of options to choose from, so you'll undoubtedly find something to suit your taste.Their prices are more than reasonable, making it easy for me to feed my newfound obsession. And let's not forget about the rewards program. If you're a regular visitor like me, signing up for it is an absolute must. Those free drinks that accumulate in your account have come to my rescue on many a slow day, giving me that extra incentive to treat myself to something special. To sum it up, Sweetwaters Coffee Shop is not just a coffee shop; it's a community, a place where you can escape the stresses of the day and find yourself in the warm embrace of friendly faces, delicious treats, and an array of satisfying food options. I'm grateful to have stumbled upon this gem and to have been welcomed so wholeheartedly into the Sweetwaters family. If you haven't experienced this haven of hospitality, delectable food, and fantastic drinks, do yourself a favor and pay them a visit. You won't be disappointed!

I stopped by this awesome and cute coffee shop on the way to Oklahoma. It’s right off George Bush which makes it a very convenient location.I ordered a double shot cappuccino with extra milk. It was served steaming hot and coffee tasted delicious & fresh. An Egg, cheese, and bacon biscuit sandwich. Their biscuits are freshly made in house, and tasted so buttery and so fresh! Because the biscuit sandwich was so great, I had to try something else, so I ordered the blueberry scone. It was also fresh and delicious, just the right amount of blueberries and sweetness.Overall the coffee shop is at a great location, lots of natural light and seating areas inside and outside. The outside tables even have shaded areas. The employees are customer friendly, nice and knowledgeable. I got a chance to speak to the owner and she definitely cares about the experience and quality for all her customers. You won’t regret stopping by!Parking: Lots of spaces to park.

I ask: Why would the workers behind the counter not serve a customer?I walked into Sweetwaters last week, hoping to order my favorite coffee, a Vietnamese latte. I actually prefer the stronger robusto bean that is native to Vietnam so this would have been a nice treat.I stood at the counter for about 5 minutes and watched the workers stand around, talk to each other and do virtually nothing. One woman actually stood right in front of me and refilled the pastries - but never looked at me! I finally called out, "Does anyone want to take my order?" And the workers just laughed; not one of them came over to help me.Too bad. I live around the corner from Sweetwaters and am often there. No more. If I am invisible to the workers there, I am very visible at the dozens of other coffee shops in the area. They will get my business; Sweetwaters is "dead to me."Janelle: if they were confused, why didn't a worker ask if she could help me when she stood right in front of me while restocking? She even looked at me and kept working. I was totally ignored - and they laughed at me! Don't make this my fault! Your response is tone deaf and you never apologized.

Love the baristas used to come here all the time but we went there once and they were extremely rude to my wife asking us to buy before we sat down never supporting this business
