I generally have a decent experience here -- it's a taco bell, it's cheap food, it works. Yesterday I went in and got a chicken taco and, upon biting in, was met with the flavor of bacon. It didn't advertise itself as having bacon. I generally try to avoid eating pork, but for me it isn't a religious prohibition. That being said, if you don't eat pork for religious reasons, definitely at least double check before eating.

This place is VERY outdated! The DIGITAL menu is wrong, which could be updated in like 5 minutes. They had no twisted freezes as advertised online!! There is also a sign on the door stating “doors should remain unlocked while occupied” they had locked the door while we were present & made us go out a side door. It was not even 9pm yet. Their door stated they are open until midnight, as well as their online hours. Staff did not even greet or acknowledge to us other than handing us our food. Very disappointing experience. We drove 45 minutes to get the twisted freezes and couldn’t even get those. Will not be returning, ever.

I know online it says they open at 11 AM but their door clearly has posted that they open at 9 AM Monday through Friday so they really should change that. And update it on Uber eats so that it's not sending drivers out to pick up orders on the restaurants not even open.

Food is adequate at best, they put barely any effort into making it, always comes back incredibly sloppy. Service is even worse, ordered a black bean Crunchwrap supreme with the order number of 628, workers went to 627 and skipped straight to 640, I waited 40 minutes before I had to go up and ask them multiple times about my order. There is genuinely no reason for you to come here if you have any other option

This place is not great. Went to try the alcoholic drinks they say they have at 8:00 on a Friday. They said they couldn’t do that for some reason. The service was terrible and incredibly slow. Very disappointed with this experience. It was not even busy and the wait time was crazy long for what

gave me wrong order and insisted that i didn’t order drink or anything. i ordered for pickup from grub hub and left with 2/4 things i ordered and had waited an extra 15 min to not get what i ordered. Got cantina chicken burrito, chicken chalupa, a med. baja blast, and chips/cheese with avocado verde salsa. only received chalupa and a bean taco. Not happy.
Unfortunately this place has little good to talk about. Everything you are looking for in a restaurant you will not find here. The only thing this Taco Bell really has going for itself are it's location. It is a very convenient spot if you are a student and need to grab a quick late night meal.
The place is perpetually filthy, and this is by no means the workers faults. Students will always leave trash on tables or drop pieces of their tacos on the ground. Not to mention the place is severely understaffed for the amount of people that come to this Taco Bell, and because of this, cleaning windows are few and far between. The place is always rowdy and loud, and never a place you can sit down and relax or do anything that requires a remote amount of brain power because you will simply just be distracted.
The service in this Taco Bell is abysmal. There have been several cases where I have waited between 20 minutes to 30 minutes for a single order, or simply received the wrong order. One time I ordered a 2pc Cinnabon Delight, and it took then 30 minutes for this order. In fact, I went up to ask them about my order at the 30 minute mark and I watched a worker go to a tray, grab my food (which is cold at this point), and put it in a bag. Again, this is by no means the fault of the workers, the place is both under bad management and understaffed.

The student workers are not properly supervised. The meals we ordered were carelessly prepared, as if they were rushed and not given any attention to detail.
