It's a taco bell. Unfortunately the only place on campus that can be called even remotely affordable. For some reason they are way less efficient than the average taco bell despite having more staff.

They don’t serve alcohol until 7, did not say this anywhere on the website or anything. I went on a Saturday at 4, and drove about an hour from Fort Worth, Fort Worth folks out there know if you go to Dallas, especially wayy north Dallas, there better be a good reason vs someplace you can go in Fort Worth, so wasted my time since I live a 5 min walking distance from a Taco Bell and a liquor store. Times like this remind me to be appreciative of what you have, I wanted to combine a bar and a Taco Bell but only wasted 3 hours, next time I ain’t making that drive F that ?

One of the best Taco Bell, food wise, locations I’ve been to! Service takes a while because it’s so busy, but once you get it, phenomenal. Like all fast food places, some days are better than others. On good days, heads and shoulders above other locations. On bad days, it’s still a good location. If you have the app, order about 10 mins before and everything will be great.

Terrible service. They don’t give napkins for Togo food and food is made terribly. Half my quesadilla was empty. They didn’t cut it either. Overall terrible experience.

It is absolutely ridiculous to make someone wait an unnecessary amount of time for their food. When asked about the status of their order, the response was that it was being made and on its way, but this was repeated every five minutes until finally it was revealed that the order had been forgotten. This level of service is outrageous and unacceptable. Those responsible need to do better.

This was by far one of the worst dining experiences i’ve had anywhere. The dining area was dirty, the floor was sticky, every napkin holder and sauce bin was not stocked, there were soda spills all around the fountain machine, etc. Then there was the service. The manager who seemed to have been training the team member who took my order was not attending her trainee, which was understandable as she seemed to be in charge of multiple trainees at once and was preoccupied with was of them. The team member I spoke to wasn’t outright rude, but when I repeated myself and asked clarifying questions to make sure I was getting what I wanted he would attempt to speak over me and he was CLEARLY uninterested in helping me. (sighing, looking everywhere else but me, etc) furthermore once we finally reached the end of the unnecessarily long ordering process, he seemed disgusted that I was using cash to pay, and would not accept my $20 bill because it had a small tear in the upper right corner. Fine, i gave him different bills, (that I would like to note were also mildly torn but he didn’t notice i guess) and then he just stood there staring at me until I asked him for the cup and the drink i’d ordered. Which he begrudgingly got for me. Lastly. the food. The nachos weren’t horrible, but they were missing beans, which may have been an error in the long ordering process, not a huge deal, but the chalupa was extremely dry and crunchy. not a chalupa. In summary, this place sucks. Was really hoping for a lot better of an experience.

I’m not usually a big fan of Taco Bell, but this one at UTD has lower prices and an awesome manager, Yara. She’s incredibly sweet and helpful!Food-wise, I love their fiesta burrito with chicken and nachos and cheese. Also, they recently added a crispy chicken taco that is a must try for everyone!

This is a Taco Bell Cantina which means it has a Taco Bell menu plus soft or alcoholic drinks. It offers robotic food delivery to the UTD campus via the Starship app. No UTD affiliation is required to obtain a delivery from the cooler-sized robots. The Taco Bell Cantina offers a nonstandard set of soft drinks for a taco bell. They do serve alcoholic drinks including a few types of beer which must be consumed there. No parking, it is located along an outdoor pedestrian mall. A permit for visitors seeking a day pass to park on campus in a visitors spot or in the green sections is available from the parking office colocated in the same building along the north face of the building. One can also find a daily paid parking section within the building on the ground level. It is not recommended to park without a permit. Free parking is available one block north at the 7-11 at the corner of Rutledge and Synergy Park.
