Funny saying and seriously yummy vegan tostadas and tacos. A general rule is if the salsa is fire, the food usually is, too. My theory proves true with Taco Ocho. Both of the things I ordered were great but if I’m eating something soft it’s gotta have a crunchy element to it. I added my husband’s lettuce and tomato side salad to the Vigas chickpea scramble and it was a 10/10. The Amor Puro tostada checked all my boxes but the maple syrup on the sweet potatoes was a turn...

I lucked out with my search for vegan options in the area while in town for business. This place was amazing! The vegan tacos were phenomenal. The red salsa and guacamole were very good but the green salsa was soooo good. Our waitress was super happy and took very good care of us.

This is a classic tale of over sold and underwhelmed. the chips and salsa came out, and the chips looked nice then crisp and fresh however they were still and unsalted. The salsa was BANGING!
I ordered the two taco plate the first was a brisket which was described as slow cooked but not as descriptive as some of the other beef offerings. The waitress compelled me to order it so I went ahead and that was FIYA.. succulent flavorful. However, the garlic shrimp taco was gross!!!...
