If I could put 0 stars I would let’s start there this place will never get my business again . I live across the street in the new 2 story homes that were just built so I would always come to sit and smoke hookah here with my husband since it was so close and convenient but the customer service here is horrible . I came Valentine’s Day afternoon with my daughter whose 14 and was turned away (there were no guests at the time we would’ve been the only ones inside I didn’t mind it I told the lady (Tall black lady looks Ethiopian) that it was ok I understand. Then I return the same night (alone) without my daughter and I see kids younger than my daughter allowed to eat and sit in the outside patio area. Ok noted I did also take a video of this but I said nothing . After I waited 30mins and no one came to my table to ask if I needed anything so I proceeded to get up and order inside myself I asked the shorter black lady (looks Ethiopian as well) she said ok took my order and still another 20 mins go by and nothing I asked a guy and he brought the hookah but no water which is all I asked for a hookah and water . He said he’d bring the water I never received it after another 20mins I proceed to get up go inside order the water again that’s when I asked the TALL BLACK LADY if she was tired as in small talk while I wait because I had seen her working since the morning she rudely responds back I don’t remember her exact words but I could tell she took offense for whatever reason . I asked her could I order fries and close the tab so that I don’t have to get up again she looked annoyed and said she doesn’t know who has my table and that’s when I explained I’ve been getting up to order my own things no one has checked on me . I say all this to say I have been a loyal customers never complained always tipped on top of the tip they add to the bill and the treatment I received yesterday has turned my heart away from ever going there again . I will drive 8MINS AWAY TO GO TO CAIRO HOOKAH LOUNGE OR 5MINS TO JASMINE CAFE INSTEAD. There has also been instances where I would ask if the heater could be turned on and they would say it wasn’t working then another person would come turn it on mins later. I hope that this review reaches the owner because the actions of workers will really drive good business away and another thing you never know how a persons day could be going to treat people with kindness I know Arabic people to be kind people so this was shocking for me on the treatment I received . I was already feeling really sad which is why I chose to get out and get a hookah (alone on Valentine’s Day) and to receive the treatment I received really stained my heart . I’m leaving this review in hopes that this never happens to anyone again .

Decor looked nice, food was average, prices were way too high — about $30ish for most meals , service was okay, the 18% service charge on all parties regardless of size seems a bit excessive, I prob wont go back unfortunately

The indoor/outdoor atmosphere is nice with outdoor gas heaters. The menu is small but offers a variety. I ordered the mixed shisha (beef/chicken) kabobs with salad and rice. The food was good but lacked flavor. Also ordered baba ghanoush as an appetizer and that was good.

Daja was my waitress tonight & she was amazing!!! Kept checking in on me & she was VERY attentive. I will definitely come back because of her customer service & the atmosphere of the place is very nice!

The hookah was great as always and the service was top notch. We have been coming to this place for over a year now. They just added a patio covering to get ready for the winter and the place is very cozy. I would like to give a special shoutout to murad our server and the rest of the staff. Great service.
