Very Disappointed . The restaurant has changed since I used to come here. Before you could just order your food and sit down with a nice self service salsa bar in the dining room. Also used to have a self service fountain soda machine where you could easily help yourself to a refill and not rely on a waitress. Another thing you used to get a complimentary side of tortilla chips with your cheesesteak with the option to upgrade to waffle fries. Now if you want chips there is an additional charge.

I love Philly Cheesesteaks, they are so good and at times it can be hard to find a place that does it justice. Heard some great things about this place so we wanted to check it out for a business lunch as something different to go to.
First off the place is really cool inside. The atmosphere is really nice and lots of sports to watch on the myriads of screens. The servers are all super friendly and attentive. There are lot of options to choose from when getting your meal or you can make your own completely.
The food tasted good but sadly mine was cold. I know it was freshly made as we could hear it being made. Everyone else good was hot but not mine. Loved the homemade of ranch was it was creamy and paired well with the sandwich. Sadly it did make me a bit queasy later that day. The tea also tasted a bit overcooked. Since was in middle of a meeting I didn’t want to make an issue. I will say the onion rings were off the hook!
Overall would have rated higher as everything about this place is great but the warm/cool food and the stomachache that followed forces me to lower it.

I can't believe how far Texadelphia has fallen. I guess I remember my favorite one on Mockingbird in Dallas. This place in Richardson is a joke. For some reason they have gone to sit down dining which was a terrible choice for them. Our server was one of the worst I have ever had. To start with she brought me a Modelo with the cap still on. Not sure how she thought I was going to open it. My wife and I wanted to share a large sandwich and when we ask for an additional basket it took forever to get one. My wife ask for a coke and the woman brought a glass of coke with NO ICE. Unbelievable bad service. I will never go to the place again and will discourage anybody I speak with about going here. If this place decides to stay in business they should go back to counter service because it's obvious they can't pull off waiting on tables.

I've been to a lot of Texadelphias in my time, and I have to say this is the best Texadelphia by far.
Went to the one in Oklahoma was immediately in love with the huckleberry margarita drove to the one in Richardson that dont serve it

Delicious. I haven't had a cheese steak in a while, and this place hit the spot! Great service nice environment, good prices... And a hilarious bathroom wall. Haha A must try!
