First time there. Last time there. It was not crowded, but we were all packed and crammed next to other parties. Each of us could easily elbow a neighboring party, and waiters would slide between everyone, including the main aisle. The food was not appetizing at all. 0 stars. The Bang Bang Shrimp was okay. The West Texas salad was unappealing and unappetizing. The wedge salad looked amazing. The baby back ribs were dry, unsavory, and had a gross sauce. These were the worst baby back ribs I ever had. I sent them back. The baked beans were okay. The coleslaw was a very dry, unsweet type. I ordered a porkchop as a replacement, and it was a small chop (like half Perry's lunch special). It was grilled fine and tasted okay, but it was on the rare side, which I thought was odd for a restaurant, but I was okay with it. It was also smothered in a sweet sauce, which kind of ruined the whole thing. The roasted vegetables were not appetizing. They didn't have any char or seasoning. The asparagus was just plain asparagus with butter, and it was okay. The strawberry lemon cake was more like strawberry whipped cream icing with a thin layer of lemon icing in the middle with a white cake. It was not tasty and was a small portion. The service was friendly but not on par with a restaurant of their supposed caliber. They were also very grabby and intrusive. The table was small, so we had to constantly manipulate everything. I rate this place well below Texas Roadhouse and slightly above Chili's, but it is overpriced considering the crammed environment and poor food quality.Parking: There are very few parking spots near the restaurant. There are plenty of parking spots behind the restaurant, but not necessarily close. There is no valet parking.

Highest level of Texas Steak in a traditional full bar service with black tie services. Most friendly waitresses and bartenders! Must try the Delmonico steak! Every time we are in town, we will reserve an evening at Texas! Even though the price is not the cheapest, but the experience is definitely the highest! Even compared with some other newer, higher hyped establishments, Texas is the one we will pick and recommend every time!

The food was excellent, the service was very good and the staff and management were very friendly.The only downside is that it was quite noisy when we went there on a Friday night, but that may be inevitable given the very open layout of the building.I highly recommend this place!Parking: Lots of free parking around the building.Kid-friendliness: We brought our kids and the staff were kind and accommodating.

Hosted a Surprise Birthday Party this past weekend here and it couldn't have been more PERFECT!!! It was actually my first time here, but others helping me plan had suggested it and been previously. I've been to just about every steakhouse in Dallas and this is definitely one of the best. We had a private room with about 20 people and it was a blast. The food was delicious, the staff was so kind and welcoming. We will definitely be back. Not to mention - great place to have a group of people together for any event!! Thank you Darla & Shelby, and others I can't remember the names of at the moment. :)

The staff was so attentive and they even had a magician come to our table to do tricks which was really good.
