If you want a wide selection of beers and jovial wait staff this is a good place if you want to have a conversation or decent food this is a poor place for that. Have eaten here twice now and all 4 menu items I've had have been fairly underwhelming, but the waiters are always great

I want to say that working in the building above this location, I am aware that an additional hundred plus people are in the area for lunch this week. With that being said we went to lunch at noon when the masses were headed to lunch. We were able to order and eat within an hour. The service was amazing considering the circumstances. There was not an empty table in there at about 12:20. People who walked in around or after that time placing orders would have to expect about a 20 minute wait. Anyone wanting their order to come out immediately would have needed to order ahead for pick up at the start of their lunch time. Tatiana did not miss a beat even with the place being packed.y table had their sweet teas refilled whenever their glasses were low. Hardy made sure the orders were out as they came up even those pickup orders lining the bar. This was serving 101 live and in action and I was thoroughly impressed with how well they handled that crowd. Oh and the food is good..this was my 2nd day in a row eating here.

I don’t normally write reviews but I went there around noon to grab a drink and food since it was my day off and let me just say it was chaotic. One server and one bartender were running this whole place and since it wasn’t my first time it’s familiar to see on a weekday around lunch time, but all at once State Farm employees came flooding in. At first everything was handled really well for it just being the two of them but at one point it was just overwhelming for anyone watching. I understand the frustration of being on a time limit but customers were rude and very entitled when it came down to getting what they wanted done quickly with the amount of time given for their lunch break even though they were witnessing these girls literally running around trying to do the best they can. Packaging to go boxes, taking orders, making drinks, you name it they were doing it. After about an hour of madness everything died down and my waitress was actually able to properly talk to me and let me just say after all that she had the biggest smile on her face which surprised me after what they had just gone through. She thanked me for my patience and apologized for not being as attentive as she would have liked and I really appreciated that. She explained that State Farm employees are rarely in office so when they are it could be chaotic and a good handful of them don’t even tip. The service industry is hard, especially dealing with people like that. I applaud those two ladies for handling it with grace. Food and beer were great as always even if it took a bit of time. Will be back again

Absolutely the worst service I've been given. Our first server took about 10 mins to come over and then it took 15 mins to give us our drinks, our appetizer got there before we got our drinks.... Then we moved to the bar thinking it would be different... Even worse... We ordered more food and it was greasy and not at all seasoned. The bartender didn't even pay attention to us unless we went out of our way to get their attention, just really seems like the staff doesn't care and they're lazy. This was my second time at this location and I won't be coming back.

The service is slow and the lunch time bar tender is rude. Ordered the lunchtime special of 3 chicken tenders and it took over 40 minutes. I never received my food and tried multiple times to talk to the bar tender to get a refund. I was told that they were going to give me a refund and then they would wander off to do anything but. I don't recommend going to this location especially if you work in the area and don't have a lot of time.

Absolute garbage customer service. Wonder if the place is hiring so I can sit on my rear and do nothing too. Food might be okay, but not worth the wait if they even remember to bring the food. Absolutely would not recommend it for a quick bite, but if you plan on sitting there for hours and being ignored, wish you the best of luck.

Didn’t rate the food because we didn’t eat. We were waiting check in at Aloft and decided to walk across the street to have a beer. It was 2 pm and we had the place to ourselves. Chatted with either the manager or the owner. He was friendly and very knowledgeable about the beers and they had a great variety on tap. They were generous with the tastings and we sampled about 6 beers before selecting our pints. Our bar server was also friendly. We are just in town for a wedding but looking forward to another couple of pints at this place, maybe sit outside.

Tremendous drink selection! Unfortunately, there were several labels unavailable at the time, though there are so many per category that it wasn't difficult to find other options. Food and service were also top notch.
Great beer, huge selection. Yes, even many stouts, very good ones. Great tasty food. The patio seems great, I should have sat there... The inside is ok, lots of TVs with really bad digital service (images keep freezing). No style, no warmth just plain. Service was not very good. I can't blame the barmaid, she's all by herself for the huge bar. She goes to the bathroom and no one covers for her. 1 waiter, maybe.
I had a cold reception by the bar tender who would rather talk to her co-worker. than her customer. I had never had this experience before at this bar.

Saw this place on google and was curious to try it out. The waitress who took our order appeared to be drunk. Before she approached us she definitely seemed to not work here due to the lack of professionalism. We later on found out that she didn’t even put our order despite the wait. We then walked out and took our business elsewhere. The staff here had very inappropriate conversations out loud, they would publicly make out with each other, and would vape inside the restaurant. I don’t recommend this place to anyone because clearly they lack respect and professionalism for the business and customers.
