Halal guys is pretty good been to this location twice and no crowds just get in and get out. The service was also good both times. I always get the regular size platter and for the price you get alot of food it was a little over $12.

I ordered online in the app a regular combo player with raw onions and peppers, a side of hummus and a 6 PC. Of falafel. The meat was old, dry And greasy. They didn't give me any raw peppers and onions on my food, the hummus was splitting like it had been sitting in a war spot all day instead of being refrigerated and they shorted me on the falafel 🤣. I used to go often when i moved to Richardson but this location has steadily gone down hill.

Ordered a beef platter with onion, no tomato, and a LITTLE bit of hot sauce. Key word Lite. Small amount. Not very much. They drown my platter in hot sauce and I couldn't eat more than 3 bites.

Extremely disappointed in the customer service at this location. My husband loves eating here, however every time we come, no matter how polite or how many times we say please and thank you, the lady at the counter is ALWAYS rude. This has been mentioned several times in the reviews, this establishment is allowing poor customer service to turn away good paying customers.

I visited The Halal Guys near US 75 & Richardson. While the food was okay, the customer service was very disappointing. The Hispanic lady working right now with glasses at the counter was quite rude, which made the overall experience unpleasant. Good food should be paired with respectful service, and unfortunately, this visit fell short.

I usually enjoy the food here, but this visit was disappointing. The lid wasn’t closed properly, and everything fell out when it was handed to me. On top of that, I was charged for a big bowl even though I had originally ordered a small. The hispanic lady staff member working right now who handed me my food gave me an unfriendly look, which made the experience uncomfortable. I hope management addresses these issues, because the food itself is great.
