Delicious cookies n treats! Awesome customer service...

Idk but the couples times I’ve been here seems like the cookies are still doughy.

I placed a pickup order of cookies that took almost an hour to be ready. I showed up at the estimated time they were supposed to be done(30 minutes later) and was told they still needed several minutes. I ended up waiting almost an additional 30 minutes just for the cookies to have been ready on the counter the whole time. I am not sure where the miscommunication happened with the staff but definitely a waste of my time and I will not be placing another pickup order at this location.

Not sure how this place has good reviews. This is the worst tiffs treats location in the WORLD. They never have anything ready, every order takes 14 hours to complete. The staff is running around the ENTIRE time not paying attention to the customer at all. And usually theres only 1 person working. This place is like a mcdonalds at 1am, crappy and unreliable. Go to the one in addison or just order 24 hrs ahead cuz they suckkkkkk

Tiff’s Treats was a really nice experience. The place was clean, and the employees were very friendly and patient. The cookies were pretty fresh and even warmed up for us, which made them extra delicious. Overall, a great visit. I’d definitely come back again for more cookies!

I am an avid supporter of Tiffs Treats and have been there atleast 2 dozen times over the last few years, ordered my usual cookie collection and got home, started eating a cookie starting with the yellow cake cookie and it was almost completely raw, said okay, stuff happens, took a piece of the next, Oatmeal Chocolate Chocolate, same, completely raw, then proceeded to check the rest of the cookies, and they were also raw and the rhe Brownie was hard, almost burnt on the outside and raw in the middle. Not sure what happened 😕 but definitely disappointed with that visit.

First time I had ordered Tiffs Treats it was sooo good I couldn’t wait to order again I recently ordered and had it shipped to my work place and shared with my colleague and honestly the cookies were not the same. They were all soggy and looked like it was a rushed work. I was not very happy.

Cookies were hot, soft, & ice cream didn't melt. Cane in a nice bag. Justin the delivery driver was so nice.
