T.K.K. Fried Chicken 頂呱呱

This is not the Taiwanese fried chicken it used to be. Not authentic T.K.K. and poor service. Service was slow, It took us a long time to get our order and they served us very spicy wings when we ordered regular not spicy wings. The staff insisted they gave us regular non spicy wings but the wings we got was definitely spicy and they wouldn't admit their mistake.

Okay, rarely post about a bad place. Especially right after I got out of the place, this place really is not recommended. im sorry. We waited for a long time to get our order. I'm sorry but even the waitress was not at all good. She works there but pays no attention to what's happening. She takes your order and just sits in a corner and pays no attention and always at a blank. It wasnt even busy when we got there we were the only ones there until like 10min someone finally showed up and this was at lunch time. We had the chicken fried chicken and well it took long you would think it would come out right cooked well, nope it was still clucking it was still laying eggs that's how raw it was. I'm sorry but the waitress is around maybe 26yrs old im pretty sure she knows what cooked and raw chicken looks like. She said its not raw im like yes it is raw its still cold and super pink. She had to call her supervisor and they said oh no its the seasoning. What that's not seasoning that's raw. Omg don't eat here I spent $25 for raw chicken and they never once said let me at least give you half back. I wouldn't mind getting at least half back but no. They said we will cook again and well no im pretty sure it was raw again we just left because they didn't care about the customers. I'm out $25 and only ate the coleslaw and fries. Don't eat here the service alone was a red flag 🚩🚩🚩

Terrible Service, bad food

Got the #5 combo - Fried chicken, and I got the 3 piece combo set. Crispy, mild and it was delicious. I got my to-go, so I'll judge based off of that and the wait time.
Wait time was a bit long, but it wasn't terrible. I think I waited about 10 - 15 minutes for my food. Now because I did a to-go order, a bit of my crispy fried goodness was a little soggy, but that's on me cause of the steam but it over 98% was still crispy. Got back to my destination to eat it, and it was hot and juicy. Biscuit was delicious, (could use some butter) and the coleslaw was also tasty.

Very oily not healthy food makes stomach hurt. Waiting too long more than 20 min to get order.

Very nasty place. Rat infested i will never be back! Customer service also sucked big time!!!

Some of the BEST fried chicken I have had, other than my own!!!! Great customer service, and clean environment . And, please order yourself a fried bread pudding…..

This review is based only on the croffles I tried today. It’s a waffle croissant with great flavor and powder sugar. They make it fresh and add banana and chocolate or something else if you like based on the other options. I loved it. They weren’t fast but not too slow. Very nice and tried their best to serve fast.

Not very welcome to colored people, don't believe me, check out their apology video on tiktok and this young ladies' experience with them, and be very disappointed.
