Great atmosphere, kind service and giant tacos but ingredient and prep quality just isn’t there. It’s a shame because a lot of people have great memories of Torchy’s tacos of old and it could be catching a second wind. I guess this is just the new normal for any corporate takeover of a trendy food service establishment. Priority #1 should be not letting a cold tortilla leave the kitchen

Leon is awesome. We come to the Richardson location twice a week and he always greets us with a smile and makes the process fun for my three little girls. Keep up the good work Leon!

The new screens for ordering are terribleeeee and SO slow because no one in line knew how to work them. Sweet baby angel Leon who was the human being working the counter was absolutely lovely and made our experience much better. Please let your great staff people take orders instead of screens….they don’t help anything.
