Great taiwanese milktea place. Very clean, good selection, service and delicious milktea. A bit on the sweeter side in my opinion - so in case of doubt take less sugar. Boba had also good consistency.

Terrible customer service. It’s clear that reviews and feedback don’t make any difference because nothing ever improves. The drinks are good but not worth dealing with the attitude just to get one. The owner really needs to take these reviews seriously because i’m clearly not the first person to say the service is terrible. One or two complaints could be blamed on customers but when multiple people say the same thing, it points to a consistent issue with staff attitude. I’m sorry to leave a negative note but the customer service needs improvement

Not the best spot for fruit tea—Nature Brew definitely does a better job in that category. However, the Taiwan Classic Milk Tea here is a must-try! Order it with no sugar and light ice—it tastes just like the famous Chun Sui Tang milk tea in Taipei. The flavor is rich, smooth, and perfectly balanced without added sweetness. Anything with extra sugar really takes away from the authentic Taiwanese milk tea experience, so skip the syrup and enjoy it the traditional way!

I have been a regular customer for some time and usually enjoy your drinks, esp the mango flavor. Unfortunately, my experience last Saturday around 3pm left me disappointed. I ordered several drinks for my family, but one was missing that I thought I did ordered. About 15 minute later, a staff member ( a skinny girl without a name tag, possibly Taiwanese) stared at me and told me my daughter took someone else's drink. This surprised me, as we truly believed it was part of our order. Later, I learned the drink had been made for another customer who had been waiting 15 mins there. Although I apologized and paid for the drink. I felt the way the situation was handle ws unprofessional. If the correct process has been followed- Calling names and separating completed orders- This make could have been avoided. Instead, the spoke to me as if it was completely my fault, which was upsetting.
I hope this experience can be a lesson for that staff member to improve her attitude and her work. Unfortunately, because of this accident, I will not be returning to your store and I will not be leaving a positive rating.

I ordered a passion fruit tea with less ice, 30% sweetness, and boba for someone else who later told me that he didn’t want the boba. I went up to the counter and told the young tall slim girl that I did not want the boba and she rudely said that it was already made. I decided to take the tea since it was finished, yet it tasted as if it had 100% sweetness and no ice when I had selected less ice not no ice. The order was awful and her attitude and customer service has been the worst I’ve ever encountered there so much that I couldn’t even ask her for refund or a different drink because of her poor customer service. She did not offer a solution to the problem and was not willing to compromise.
