I'm a regular customer here, their burgers are great. Today as usual after ordering two double cheese burgers the lady handed me just two boxes no ketchup no white sauce, upon asking she said I have to pay for it, that's ridiculous, how come I never had to pay for ketchup and white sauce all these years? I tried this place a year ago and i visited today. This place used to be really good but it sucked today! Pathetic food, bland taste not to mention how they have cut down their portion sizes into half. I tried the philly cheesesteak sandwich and chicken shawarma. The size was a joke for what they charged us. I drenched it in sauces to make it flavourful but that didn’t make much of a difference. I don’t know if the ownership changed or what but I’m never going here again! Money wasted

I ordered a shawarma platter and it had a very strong smell and a strange taste. I only ate the chicken because I was really hungry, but it completely killed my appetite. I definitely wouldn’t recommend it.
