I arrived a little before 10am, which is apparently when they change over to the lunch menu. They wouldn't serve me, because I didn't want breakfast. They tried to tell me it was to prevent cross contamination, even though they cook on a grill at 400 degrees, and you only need to strike an INTERNAL temp of 165 to avoid food poisoning; which basically means there's no way to cross contaminate in this instance on a 400 degree grill, unless they undercook the patties. I've never had a place refuse to serve me over 15 lousy minutes. Waste of my time. I'm done with Wendy's. Jack In The Box down the road will let you order what you want, whenever you want. Don't waste your time at this Wendy's.
I can't provide any details like $$ spent, atmosphere, or anything like that because they refused to serve me. I CAN tell you that it is absolute nightmare to exit in the event you have to make a left or go straight across the street. It's like the lights are scheduled specifically to make exiting safely from this location an impossibility.

Be carful ordering on their mobile app. I made an order then showed up and was told they didn't receive the order. I showed them the receipt for it and verified the location etc but they still didn't receive the order. They then started treating me as if I was dumb and provided me with no food, or solution to get my money back so they basically robbed me. Luckily their headquarters refunded me the money the next day.

Placed a Pickup order and had to wait 20 minutes for it to come out.. I get home and it's missing food and clearly made in a hurry (ingredient portions are way off).
Don't think I'll be going back as this is far from the first problem I've had with Wendys at multiple locations.
I went to this one rather than the one closer to my house due to the higher ratings.. they don't mean anything apparently.

Every time I go they serve me wonderfully at the self-service. Their food is very fresh, the people who serve are lovely and always say hello! I won't stop going, their promotions are excellent and their food even better. Recommended to Richardson people

The lady at cashier wasn't super friendly and I had to repeat my order twice. but otherwise restauarent was clean and they have a good choice of burgers.

I went there with for the Krabby Patty meal special with my boyfriend and when we finally got the meal, it was too much for two patties, not to mention we find the meat to be pinkish (undercooked) and the meal was just a complete letdown of our expectations and time.
$11 a meal for this price at this quality is ridiculous. Mr. Krabs must have a claw in this.

I looooove this Wendy's. The morning is the absolute best. This is exactly what I think about customer service. I only know the morning crew so I can only speak on them but they are the best

I didn't know they closed and locked all the doors 20 minutes early. My son only wanted a kids meal. I even talked to a employee outside and asked him to ask the manager if it's okay we ordered to-go inside and that we would be fast. The manager on the phone said the drive thru was open until 1am. And told me they won't open the doors when there was well over 5 people there. That I saw thru the windows. She then told me to go, with my husband and child. Only wanted a single kids nugget meal. I'm beyond disappointed will be calling corporate Monday. Thanks

I stopped around 1:30pm on 8-5-2024 at this location before coming to work because I'm unable to leave once there. I ordered a 4 piece Garlic Parm sauced nuggets and a Parm Caesar salad to try from the menu. My experience ended up being disappointing after realizing hours after the fact that I wasn't given salad dressing AND the lettuce is rotten. Royally annoyed doesn't begin to describe how I feel in this moment. Now I have to wait until I leave tonight at 10pm in order to have something to eat. The person that answered the phone was clueless and he also wasn't truthful about having a manager on duty. Wendy's do better, please and thank you!
