is this why are nuggets are uncooked and soggy 😡🤢found hair in my my nuggets Wendy’s should do better next time on my nuggets but the fries and the spicy nuggets are good though do better next time Wendy’s

weird experience at window. soda tastes way off and breading on fried chicken is so stale it’s all i can smell in my car. eating the sandwich without chicken. time and $10 wasted

Manager FREDERICO IS VERY RUDE TO HIS EMPLOYEE ! When I addressed him he asked employees were they jealous 🤔 our young adults a seniors being yelled at pointing at his head saying like there slow seriously! yelling at them and I witnessed this for myself when I addressed him he asked the word are jealous. That doesn't have anything to do with professionalism! He was very unprofessional an rude as a manager! There WASNT a rush we were only customers an he was yelling at an elder. Unbelievable treat people as you want to be treated GOD IS WATCHING TRUST

Wendys is a hollow corpse of its former self. The spicy chicken sandwich is so tiny it doesn't even qualify for the value menu. Hadn't been in decade, and won't be going back. Not sure who eats here regularly and keeps this company in business.

Don’t come here for a lunch break, you get stuck in line for 20 minutes when there is only one person in front of you, this is a regular occurrence. McDonald’s is two minutes away, a good alternative.

I had a bad experience at this Wendy’s. The manager, Federico, was very rude when I asked for a ranch. He tried to charge me 50¢ for it, even though it’s normally given for free with the order. It’s not about the money , it’s about the attitude. I’ve always liked Wendy’s, but this kind of customer service is disappointing.

Had a really good time here at Wendy’s. Staff and manager was outstanding. Please give these people a raise. Excellent service. Not one fly at this place. Very well maintained. I will be coming again. Well, I went to I thought my favorite place today. Different manager. Totally messed up my order and wouldn’t make up for it. disappointed at all. Today I give it a one star for management only. Staff was still very pleasant. Love the staff. Management sucks

I got terrible service and an inedible burger. I went tonight for the first time in two years. I thought I would give them another chance since they used to be good. I remembered why I stopped going. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with mayo and pickles only. I got up to the window, and the guy repeated my burger order, with none of the other stuff I requested. I corrected him. The manager marched to the window, not acknowledging the mistake and told the guy that me adding bacon was $1.50. His name is Rico. He gave me a dirty look. The cost is fine, it's the way the manager behaved that was the issue. His tone was like I purposely didn't order bacon so I could get it free. I ordered the bacon and the drive through guy got it wrong. He should have apologized for the mistake and told me it was $1.50. What happened to good customer service? I ended up paying for the stupid bacon. Then, I got home and the burger was cold. I live 3 minutes away. They also forgot the pickles I ordered at the drive through, then repeated twice at the window. There were two bottom buns. I took a bite and spit it out. The bacon was undercooked and and the burger was cold. The cheese wasn't melted either. It tasted like a slice just out of the fridge . The burger was inedible. For $9.00, the burger was inedible. So, I had to use $12 worth of food and spent 45 minutes making myself food at 8:30 at night. That means I spent $9 on the burger plus the food I made at home. I now have to buy food for an extra night since I wasn't planning on cooking. The manager is terrible as is the service and food. I will never return again. What a joke. Wendy's should be embarrassed.
