My granddaughter went through the drive thru. She requested a water for me with our order. No one told her to go thru B; however, the employees were unhappy that she went thru the regular window! She heard them say, "she doesn't need a water she doesn't even know which window to go thru". What a hateful, demented attitude! I paid a lot of money for this order.
By Texas law, you have to provide customers with water upon request! My granddaughter had to go in and get it!...read full review
