They had us sit in the line for 50+ minutes…
nobody wants to wait that long for food I wouldn’t recommend this to ANYBODY. Not even a bug or animal this was RIDICULOUS!!!👎👎👎👎 0 stars if I could. FIRE EVERYONE especially night shift.

I usually love Waterburger, but I've had a lot of experiences where I waited almost an hour for my food, and the employees haven't been very helpful either. It’s really disappointing because I know they can do better. I hope they can work on their service!

I am extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Whataburger. I placed an order through the drive-thru, expecting fast service, but instead, I was told to park for curbside pickup. I ended up waiting over an hour for my food, which is absolutely unacceptable for a fast-food restaurant.

Not only was the wait ridiculous, but there was also no communication or updates from the staff. I had to go inside to check on my order, only to find that it had been sitting there getting cold. If I wanted curbside service, I would have ordered that way—but I chose the drive-thru for a reason.

This location seriously needs to improve its efficiency and customer service. I won’t be coming back anytime soon if this is the kind of experience I can expect.

I had used the app to order my food. I had waited over an hour in the lobby to receive my food. It never came. I was fed up waiting and being told 3 times that it was being worked on and it was coming. Meanwhile, others had came in, ordered, and received their food. I think the kitchen just printed my order out so to stop their order timer and lost my slip. I told them to cancel my order and was told I can only get my refund thru calling customer service. An employee, not the manager, followed me out to my car to trying to convince me to wait. I reminded her that she already told me the same thing 3 times before. I had called their customer service many times and they said they would refund my money (about $65) but it never came.

Took 20 mins to take my order. No excuse for this long of a process, regardless of a line in the drive-through or not. Customers in FOH are as important as DT.

The two people I encountered who work there are very nice. The order takes a very long time to receive. I ordered curbside and no one came. I called, but no one answered. So I decided to go to the drive-thru, that was a mistake. All in all it took a little over 30 minutes to get a fries and shake.
