I wrote an initial review a few years back because while the employees were very nice, they'd constantly make mistakes. However, now there's nothing good I can say about this place. Employees will turn around and see you walk in, but then pretend as if they never saw you, and turn back around, talking to each other as if they're on break. And when they finally do serve you, their attitude is as if you've just rudely interrupted on their conversation. And the mistakes are still happening. I highly recommend going to the Whataburger a 5 minutes drive up Coit instead.

Either dine in or immediately pull in to the parking lot and take every single thing out of your bags to make sure you have all the parts of your order as I don’t think I’ve ever been to this location and not had something missing from my order.
The staff are friendly and will quickly fix any issues, though, and the food is as expected.

Went and ordered the chicken strip basket. They asked me what sauce I wanted which was gravy. I basically only go there for that. I get through the drive through and pay. After sitting there waiting for my food for over 5 minutes they tell me they don’t have any gravy. How are you going to ask me what sauce, let me pay for it only to proceed with not having it. Needless to say I’m beyond irritated. I wouldn’t have even gotten the same order if I would have known this PRIOR to ordering or paying. Do better. Paying over $25 for fast food and now I don’t even want it. I should have told them just keep it and give me my money back.

Not great but good service. Dine in customers are helped after drive thru but I'm guessing that everyone is doing that now. The deal you get with the coupon on the receipt can't be beat though!!
Ordered for curbside, waited like 20 mins after I checked in and the food never came out. I had to go in and ask about it and my food was just sitting there. They weren’t even busy.

Had my first what a burger experience today.
The burger was fantastic! I was hungry and it made the taste even better! I can most certainly say that I will come back in the future .
There was an African American lady that worked, seemed like she didn’t want to be there. The manager thought, was exceptional. He was friendly, helpful, pleasant and the customer service was beyond what I had expected considering it was a fast food restaurant. I forget the gentleman’s name but I would like to thank him for a pleasant experience. He said he had been in n this location for less than 10 months.
