I ordered pickup. They didn't put my extra two dressings that I paid for. The fries were cold and I ordered without seasoning. Of course they have seasoning. Why is it so difficult to check an order before it goes out. I called ask for the manager. She gets on the phone, asks for my name and then hangs up on me. Worse part, their store was slow, not busy at all. Worst wing stop I've ever been to.

This store has the worst service. They tell you that tell you that someone picked up the order already. I had not been in the store yet. Everyone is a manager tonight. Kevin was laughing. Mia was yelling. But, no one could explain how I had already picked up my order. No one could help. It was major chaos and rudeness. Save yourself from a place run by unprofessional and rude staff. It was the worst experience.
