If I could give less than one star then I would. This place was horrible. They got my order wrong multiple times, the food was frozen cold, and when I tried to get a refund, they told me they couldn't understand me because of my accent and that I should go back to Mexico. I am appalled at the racism. I called the manager the next day and all he did was chuckle and say that there was no evidence that this happened. I am never coming here again.

After ordering from here multiple times months apart, I have come to a conclusion the food here is consistently bad.! No seasoning on the fries or the wings, sorry correction barely any seasoning everything taste bland, no matter what flavor! At first I thought it was just the staff but it’s been consistent each time and unsatisfactory! I don’t know if this is the standard for all locations, but based on this location, I’m done with Wingstop!

I usually don't review chain restaurants, but something caught my attention here on a Friday night that inspired me to write this review.Came here to place a to go order and the restaurant was filled with people. Mostly waiting on orders to be fulfilled. Justice took my order and he was the star of the show! Sat down after placing my order and saw a few customers that were visibly upset about various thing. He and the other staff were dealing with a pretty high volume of traffic. Justice was attending to customers while managing the online pick up orders and making sure the others who were waiting patiently were not forgotten.I've been in that situation in food service before and I know it can feel like the walls are closing in. He was super nice and attentive and since most people only review about negative experiences I decided to drop this note about the positives that I saw.

I got an order of BBQ wings 2 days ago and got violently ill. I was struggling with the idea of writing this because I never write reviews but I'm afraid someone else will go through the exorcist like experience that I endured. So while, on my hands and knees, cleaning up the mess I made in the bathroom, for the third time, I realized that this could have been prevented by a little bit more attention on the part of the restaurant. Mainly thoroughly cooking and adequately storing the wings. Buyer beware!
