I’ve been a customer of this restaurant for a while and I truly appreciate that all their meat is halal, sourced from Restaurant Depot. This is a big selling point and definitely a reason why many people choose to eat here. That being said, there are several areas where I think the restaurant could improve to provide an even better customer experience.
1. Flavor and Seasoning While it’s great that the meat and other ingredients come from a trusted supplier, I believe the flavor should be the restaurant’s own signature touch. Too often, I’ve received food that tasted bland, with little to no seasoning. A bit more attention to recipes, seasoning balance, and consistency could take the food from “okay” to truly outstanding. Additionally, sometimes the fries are overcooked or even burnt, which affects the overall experience. When this happens, staff at the counter often don’t acknowledge the issue or offer to replace the item — a simple apology or a quick fix would go a long way toward customer satisfaction.
2. Packaging for Delivery Orders When ordering through apps like DoorDash, Uber Eats, or Grubhub, the packaging has been a recurring issue. The oil and grease from the food often leak out, soaking through the bag and damaging everything inside. In some cases, the food becomes inedible and ends up in the trash. Better packaging materials and sealing methods would help prevent this and ensure the food arrives in good condition.
3. Menu Setup and Pricing on Delivery Apps There’s a confusing issue with the menu setup, especially on DoorDash. For example, when ordering a chicken fajita plate, there’s no option to simply choose “chicken only” without also adding another meat like gyro or steak. If a customer wants only chicken, they shouldn’t be forced to select a combination option in order to complete the order.
Also, the pricing is inconsistent across platforms. For instance, a kids’ meal is listed at $11.99 on DoorDash but only $9.99 on Uber Eats. While I understand that prices may vary slightly due to app fees and profit margins, such a big difference feels unfair to customers.
I hope the owner and team see this feedback as constructive rather than negative. This restaurant already has a strong foundation and a loyal customer base, but by addressing these issues — flavor consistency, packaging quality, menu setup, and pricing fairness — they can make the experience even better. Small improvements in these areas would go a long way toward ensuring customers feel valued, respected, and eager to return.

Yummy Burgers & BBQ is the best choice for halal burgers and steak in the whole dfw area! They have an extension part for different types of drinks now. Bubble Fizz you shouldn’t miss that! 🤩

I'll start with i wasn't even looking for this place. I was going to the place next door for the first time. I was pressed for time and decided to give Yummy Burger a chance. I'm so glad I did. I walked in and was greeted right away and the staff was so helpful.This place offers flavors beyond what some may be use to but oh man is it delicious. Their fries freshly fried and given a special spice. I had the BBq burger and loved it. I definitely will ne returning to try more things for sure!

Great food, but a customer found a big roach on the table. He killed it and brought it to the waiters. The place definitely needs better cleanliness and pest control.
Another issue is that some servers work very close to the kitchen without covering their heads. That’s a basic hygiene standard that should be enforced
