Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Ngl the chicken was too salty. So salty that I never wanna come back. But my man Colin, the guy cleaning the restroom, that’s such an outstanding job making this place spotless that I owe it to him to give it one more shot. I was never gonna come back to Zaxby’s, but because of Colin I shall.

The workers are amazing. You can tell they are paid well. The food is very over priced for what we had. Would have posted a picture but completely forgot to with how irritated we were with the small sized tenders. They were more like nuggets than tenders. Very much overpriced for the portion given. Taste of the small pieces that were given were amazing. Won't be back unless Im really just in a mood for a taste of their seasoning.

No idea how to even explain that this whole thing started off technically as my fault.
People were hungry but didn't know what to eat and I suggested Zaxbys becuase it's new to the people I was buying the food for and I eneded up using the app to order for pick up, I saw it said ASAP and would be ready in a minutes so I confirmed my order.
We got through the drive through to find out that the order was placed for the following day basically around the same time and they still served me but I was missing half the order. On me for not checking my food before I drove home but even coming back to explain the items I was missing at the time it's like they didn't belive me and once again I was served but my salad was obviously rushed and very light.
I dont know what happened on the app to be honest but also this paper they gave me was not even the full receipt it was sut a paper print out of half the order and it even said 4 items but only the two orders where on there.
They came through in the end but seems reluctant to do so.
Just saying.

So I just ate the food and OMG frozen fries, everything extremely salty.....man what a waste $43....

I hadn't been to a Zaxby's in a long so I was excited to try it out. Unfortunately, the drive through speaker wasn't really working and I couldn't place my order.

No other cars in line and I'm guessing that is why. I just left.

I went to the drive thru at zaxbys and they messed up my order. But this cute asian girl solve my problem. Definitely will come back 👍

This was my first time ever eating at this establishment and I loved it. The atmosphere and the customer service was nothing less than amazing. The staff members, Cindy, Duo, and India were AMAZING! They tended to us from the time we got that and the time we left. I will definitely be a returning customer from this day forward.

The ladies (India, Duo and Cindy) at this location were not only great with their customer service but they made sure my family who were first timer eating Zabys knew all the great things to try. India was the most amazing person ever!! We will definitely be back to this location especially for her friendly service

The food was fresh, hot a d seasoned just right! The frozen strawberry lemonade was perfectly blended. Cindy and Duo (front counter) and Ms India were the most respectful, pleasant and friendliest servers I’ve come across in the eight years I’ve been in the Dallas area! My Zaxby’s!!!💚

India was so helpful and friendly! She really made us feel at home in the restaurant with her southern hospitality. All of the staff members were so nice. The food came out hot, fresh and well seasoned. This is going to be my new chicken tender spot!!!
