Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Gonna put this to rest. NOT better than Cane's, not even close.

Just had a ridiculous experience at this location.

After paying for my order, and after having my food handed to me. I then asked for 2 sauces, ketchup (considering I was having fries, probably shouldn't have had to ask for that), salt & pepper, and extra napkins.

I was then told it would be .70cents for extra sauce. Considering i was not even asked what sauce I wanted, I found it odd that I was asking for extra sauce???

The female drive thru attendant then said, "Which hot sauce do you want? We have a bunch", She however, did not suggest any of them or specify what a bunch was???

This was my first and last trio to Zaxby's by the way.

I said I would take the hottest one and gave her the 1 Zaxby's sauce that I did not ask for back.

I then explained that if there was going to be a charge for extra sauce, then she should have asked me if I wanted any other sauce before running my card... Just like she should have asked if I wanted any ketchup or any other condiments.. Which of course did not happen...

She then gave me some more little teenager angst and attitude, (Still no ketchup, napkins, or salt and pepper, though)

Then walks off, at which point a second Employee comes to the window and is more interested in explaining to me how I can speak to the help, (Still no Ketchup, Salt & Pepper or Napkins)...

Now, a 3rd employee comes to the window and wants to tell me how I can speak to whoever... I explained to him that the first employee had an attitude from the get-go and told him I'm not interested in his opinion on my communication style. I then told him either give me my Ketchup, Salt & Pepper, and Napkins, and I'll be on my way or refund my money, and I'll give you the food back. He then was more interested in again attempting to tell me how to communicate and failed to give me the requested condiments. WOW!!!

I then got even more agitated, and he closed the drive thru window and refused to give me the condiments or a refund.

Great Customer Service by the whole team!!!

Stop trying to be Woke and tell others how to act or communicate and just do YOUR JOB.

If you took the time to ask me what else I might need, it might not frustrate you to have to do your job when I then have to ask for the other things I need.

If you don't want to provide customer service, then don't work in customer service.

All of this happened when I was the only car in the drive thru, and no one was in the restaurant..

Hummmmm, I wonder why there was no business at this location, I really wonder....

Bought 3 chicken tender sandwich combos. Cmon, there's barely any suace on the tenders, looks nothing like the picture. Ridiculous the suace is what makes it good - drive 40 minutes for nothing. Plus fries were cold.

Their fried chicken is really bad wouldn’t recommend going there and they need to improve their cola drinks because all I can taste is WATER expecting a much better food which the results got me disappointed.

Came to this place in passing. The chicken tenders are on the smaller side. Smaller than canes tenders. Overall the portions are decent however this chicken is so damn salty. Like saltier than McDonald's fries. Everyone was super sweet and the staff was super attentive. But if the chicken could be a little less salty or offer a low sodium version that'd be cool ? ?

Had a 30 min lunch today which I spent the entire time waiting for my food after going inside. Only to have the staff give my food to the wrong customer. #REFUND #INCONVENIENT #STILL HUNGRY #WASTED TIME. ABSOLUTE IDIOTS?

I had a great experience at Zaxby’s! The staff was incredibly nice, and their customer service was top-notch. Although there was a small issue with my chicken at first, they were quick to correct it, and when it came out, it was amazing! I appreciate their dedication to making things right. Will definitely be back!

I don’t like to leave reviews on places, but this is the best ran Zaxby’s I’ve ever been to. The service is excellent. My food is out before I even fill my Dr. Pepper. They actually sauce the wings and tenders when I ask them to. Whoever is the manager of this location deserves a raise.

I’ve been to Zaxby’s a few times, and I have to give this location credit for freshly made food, a clean restaurant, and great customer service!

Guadalupe and Ronnie were exceptional, showing patience with our order and ensuring that everyone in our party of seven had everything we needed throughout our dining experience. The only thing I’d say is that the fry portion could’ve been bigger and had a little less salt.

I was super excited to go there, thinking it would be la Zaxbys from Dalton, Georgia. But the chicken strips was just to salty, mozzarella bites cheese was cold. The fries had no flavor & the bread way to much butter.
