Honestly amusing. I ordered a 4 piece tender meal with toast and fries. Didn’t receive toast or the 4th tender and the fries are bigger than the chicken 😂😂😂 do not waste your money here

My first time coming here, I ordered a 5 piece chicken strip, I got 4. It was the saddest chickens too, so thin, I felt bamboozled. It didn't even taste good, the sauce didn't even help with the flavoring.

Stopped here & The food came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor which is exactly what you want from a chicken spot. The fries were seasoned perfectly, and the sauce is always on point. The staff was friendly and moved quickly, even with a steady crowd. The restaurant was clean, and the overall service felt smooth and efficient. Definitely one of the better quick-stop meals I’ve had lately.

consistently fails to meet my expectations as a common Zaxby's lover. they never listen or ever even bother to take my order correctly and always mess something up. Do NOT base your opinion off of this Zaxby's. The Zax Attacks!

Went at 10:11 pm food was cold waited till the next morning called and let them know I had the food still can I get it fresh they tell me No unless I have the receipt even though I have the food from that night it was the manager (TONYA) after my wife found the receipt she said I recommend you come back tomorrow because she said I had a attitude I never cared enough to have one I was completely nice explaining to her what happened and through the whole process so I went there today brought the cashier a large strawberry shake and gave her a 5$ tip to show I am no threat I just wanted my food fresh (by the way I told her I found a receipt on the bag she still said come back when her GM IS ON DUTY ) ……..TONYA IS NOT FIT TO BE A MOD u don’t interrogate a Customer over cold food I EVEN TRYED TO EAT IT AND CALL IT A DAY IT WAS TO COLD

The food was great and the service was fast. Although my order was slightly wrong (bone in wings, should've been boneless wings) not a big deal. They fixed it promptly. Chicken fingers could have been bigger but I've learned over the hearts that zaxbys has just down sized on them lol all in all a great experience with great food

Just arrived home to find my food like this, even after pulling me forward to wait, everything old, cold! Never go to this restaurant during 2nd shift 5- close you will be disappointed with food and service!
