The drive through attendant spoke so softly I could hardly hear her, told her that and she didn’t even look at me. Took my card for payment and closed the window and walked around for some time. Reading on reviews that they kept charging a customer have me worried now. Never going to Zaxbys again. Oh, she gave be lemonade instead of Hi C.

Please do not give them your credit card. They have been charging my credit card for the past 3 days $12.86 at 828 in the morning when they are not even open. I have reported them to my credit card company and they explained it was a hand keyed in. I usually go there once a week cause I love their tea but beware if you give them a credit card they will continue to charge you . Going though canceling my card now . They for sure have lost my business.

I had to come update my review. Such a terrible experience. Customer service thru the drive thru was so rude. Ordered 2 five piece meals at once... Literally Said 2 number 2's but somehow got rang up for a number 2 and a number 4. Ordered 4 extra sauces and the young lady deliberately handed us the food without the sauces. Sat and wait a few minutes until she decided to bring the sauces we paid for. Order 339744867. Food was good but it seemed like the person in the drive thru through they were doing us a favor by being at work.

First time there. We got the spicy club sandwich, the spicy sandwich and the fingers.Starting with the fingers, the taste was on point. The meat was tasty, not just the breading, so I was looking forward to the sandwich. My Texan husband wishes the fingers were of a larger size, but I thought they were quite nice and had no issue.The sandwich was fresh, well made, but I was disappointed. With everything going for it, the sauce was very salty. Next time, I will ask for the sauce on the side.He likes his club, wasn't as vocal about the salt. The location is out of the way for us... But if we see one again, we both would go back. I am interested in trying the salad...
