Food was great, but we were treated as if we were invisible. Couldn’t even give us our food in our hands; he put it on the table, turned around, and walked away!

The man who serves is very rude to serve in a hurry. The man should be kicked out. He has no patience. The man is a business, not a nursing home.

It took an hour and my order wasn't even there, then it arrived and they didn't offer anything to drink.

Keep in mind that this review is from someone not of this culture. It's my personal opinion and you may not feel the same, so give them a try!
The first thing you'll see is the place definitely hasn't had any upgrades (not even paint) since they opened a long time ago. However they are not dirty or moldy which is great! Don't have to be new to be good. Also, English speaking is not very good but I still had no trouble ordering and the girl was very nice and patient.
Here's what I got:
1) Beef tacos- the beef was absolutely delicious! It had a chard beef flavor w/o being burnt or dry. Great flavor! Wishing I'd gotten more.
2) Papusa- Bean/cheese and pork/cheese. Amazing! Very flavorful and just the right amount of cheese to have a cheese pull w/o taking over the flavor profile. 100% recommend!!
3) Chicken Tamales- Nope. I love tamales. They are one of my dav foods and these made me wanna gag. They had no flavor. Were half filled with a large chunk of potato, which means it had hardly any chicken; almost none. However my biggest issue is the wetness!!! They were so wet that water was literally leaking from the thick aluminum foil they were wrapped in. You can tell they were taken straight from frozen to being "heated up". The masa had the consistency over every undercooked eggs. I tried unwrapping them and baking in the oven on 400 for over 15 mins and they didn't change. Just nope.

This is the second time I order food here, I thought the first was my bad luck but no, they really put a description on their menu and send another one. The beef soup was horrible, tasteless, no vegetables. Today I order breakfast and the eggs are raw, the banana stops. They made it days ago, simple without flavor, I'm Salvadoran and they really are a fraud as Salvadoran food, to say the least.

I love pupusas, but my last visit to this place was very unpleasant, I called to order and when I asked how much I had to pay the person only told me "I don't have time right now", when I went to pick up my order, he didn't greet me, he just He took my money, he never told me how much the total was, and he didn't even give me change, what kind of business serves its customers like this, terrible service provided by its owners, if you want to be treated badly, I recommend this place, then don't say I didn't tell you

I had the most wonderful experience at this establishment. The pupusas are absolutely delicious but the staff was subpar. As you know the Salvadorian community can be a little rough but this place was not! Even though people like to say that Salvadorian food is bad or strange I beg to differ. I had a good time to say the least and the staff was very loud yet understandable. I love the authentic vibe I was getting and had the best time talking to my waitress Erika who was ill informed about the food but funny enough to get me to buy. 10/10

They should pay attention when they give the orders, I already ordered pupusas and sometimes they don't give them, the companions have to have a little more responsibility when giving the order

Does anyone know where they sell Indian chicken soup?

If I'm ever craving pupusa, this is my go-to spot. I've been coming here for over a decade, that is how good they are.

Shout out to the guy working the window on July 4th who took my order even though they were already closed for the day. I didn't realize they were closed and was totally okay with leaving so that the employees could enjoy their 4th but he insisted on taking the order anyway. Life has been life'ing lately and small kind gestures like that make a huge difference. Appreciate yall!

Check out the cheese pull on these pupusas though ??

It's the first time I went and I really loved it, the very delicious pupusas and the chicken tamales have that real Salvadoran touch, in addition to the kindness of the people when serving, I recommend it
