“I have come to this place several times and I don't speak English but the girls have always helped me with the translator and this time there was a girl who was bothered to show her the translator and told me to place the order online but since it is in English I didn't understand nothing and I left the place and in front they helped me with the translator and I was able to purchase the pizzas but otherwise the pizzas are excellent“

“It's a little Caesars Pizza I wouldn't expect typically great customer service, but I did get that. I put in a quick order of seven pizzas and they didn't blink an eye and helped me take care of the bunch of kids who wanted to eat. Would definitely recommend this location“

“Some of the best wings that Ive ever had. Our waitress, Mariah, was super friendly and helpful due to it being our first time there. We were able to try some of the sauces first to test the heat level. We had hot, blazing, bbq, hot honey (tasted more like Hawaiian to me), and spicy dill (with hot as a base). We had the honey and blazing bbq finished on the grill (carmelizing them).“

“I do recommend JJ's the food is tasty but....I walked in on a friday after work around 3:30..I always sit at the bar I was shocked to see the whole bar area was dirty and the floor was sticky! I'm a regular at this location on Tarrant Parkway and have always enjoyed the food and the margaritas....I almost turned around and walked out so disappointed! oh, one other thing, when I order food I always have to ask for silverware! I myself have worked in the food industry years ago, I do know the dirty dishes should be picked up when customers are done eating, this helps to keep the area clean even if you are busy which in this case the bar wouldn't be full of dirty dishes and I'm not exaggerating...it was the whole bar area!“

“When I moved to Arlington I created a post on the Community Facebook page requesting recommendations for pizza in Arlington. I got a lot of feedback, but nobody mentioned Zio Al’s. My girlfriend told me it was by far the best pizza restaurant in town, and tonight she drug me in to try it. I was very skeptical because of the FB post, but I’m never eating at another Pizza restaurant in town again. I absolutely loved their supreme cheese stuffed crust pizza. However, I really wanted to do this review because of the service here. I have never in all of my life seen a more polite respectful and caring server. “This was my first visit, and honestly, it’s one of the best jhol momos I’ve had in the DFW area! They served me tea while I waited, which felt very thoughtful and welcoming. I’m already looking forward to coming back and highly recommend others to try it out as well.“

“This restaurant is small. It isn't ideal for large groups. Great place for a meet up with a friend. The customer service is excellent. When order, head to the front register then explore the options on the menu over the register. After you place your order, choose your table and your meal will arrive to your table by the number they provide you after placing your order.
The food was okay. I thought I ordered a bone in combo but tenders arrived to my table. I didn't send it back. I was in a rush plus the gentlemen who brought my order was super kind.

The taste for me was not unique to a brand. I guess I was expecting a signature receipe. It taste bland. The freshness was there and cooked to order, but I was not taken back from the sauce I selected. I guess I expected more. I definitely will try them again.“

“I stumbled on this place after getting horrible service at a place I ordered tonight.

I saw it was a food truck so I was intrigued. I read the reviews and I didn't see anything that would make me not try this place. I've always been looking for a new wing place outside of wing stop.

Upon arrival I walked up to the truck and I was immediately attended to. I was having trouble seeing the menu, without even having to ask I was handed a menu I can read off which was honestly great.

Paying was easy, seamless and simple.
They give you a alarm tab so when your order Is ready you can go ahead and get it instead of waiting x amount of time outside. (Awesome feature that I think majority of food trucks should have)

I got a wing meal medium buff / Louisiana rub
With fries, a drink and cheesecake.

They let me know upon pick up they ran out of strawberry jam but it was okay! They still included the strawberries! Which overall knowing they let me know that it was okay. Way better than finding out when you get home and be upset over.

Food was 10/10. Crispy but not too crispy wings, ranch was good, and fries were great. I Loved my experience. I am a business owner myself and I understand what it takes to have true customer service. It's so important and this is what I expect from the food industry and these guys blew it out of the park! from the service to the food. I will definitely be back. You guys earned a loyal customer. Next time I'll include some photos! Oh, and cheesecake was indeed outstanding just like the other reviews confirmed!

The waffle fries and cheese were a bit thin on cheese this time and were already cold when brought to the table. I thought the server paced the meal well, but I did need a refill and could not find them for a while. The noise level was up a bit and at times I had trouble hearing my daughter who was sitting next to me.

Parking: The parking lot is small and shared with other establishments. You can park across the street, but the crossing is not marked or protected.

Kid-friendliness: It can be noisy as the dining room is very reverberant. They do serve alcohol and there are sudden outbursts during sporting events, but most kids will be fine.

Added fried pickles and cheddar cheese sauce. Next time I’ll only order a half or whole philly cheesesteak sandwich. The philly cheesesteak and cheddar cheese sauce I included in my fat sandwich was bomb! But the fat sandwiches aren’t my thing. It was too much going on for me to enjoy it.
