Can I just say wow! I have never ever ever ever had such terrible service in my life ever! From the guy that I assume owns it to his employees. I’m not even going to go into detail on what happened. But apparently you can only ask for one pizza at the buffet. Mind you there is 4 of us. We only asked for 3 pizzas. My sister went to go ask for a pizza for the buffet and the lady was absolutely insanely rude. The guy could’ve cared less kept interrupting me while trying to explain what happened. He told me to hurry up cause he was busy. Like what…. That’s insane to me I’ve never been treated like this at all. Our server was amazing (she has blonde hair) she was the only good experience. I’m just baffled. The two ladies and the guy just horrible. I’m a server and I’ve never treated anyone like that in my life. Mind you we weren’t being rude when asking for pizzas. At all.. I hope that blonde girl finds a better job with better people she deserves it! But the other ppl you deserve to work there. Also, this was my brothers choice to come here for his birthday. We haven’t been in years. I see why now. He kept saying sorry very conceitedly and slapping his hand down. Not sincere at all. He just didn’t even care and you could tell. That lady that was rude kept interrupting me while trying to talk as well and kept arguing with my sister. I just don’t understand. Our server even apologized for that lady with brown hair and said she’s just like that because she’s worked here for 15 years. How is that our fault. I’ve been a server at the same restaurant for 7 years. I could never treat anyone like they did. It’s just so sad seeing people being so hateful and not caring. He said come back again… sir you aren’t serious. I will never be back. Again I know they don’t care but I just wanted to let people know what happened. Just the whole experience was terrible. I just want to know if anyone else has experienced this? Regardless we are still going to have a blessed day and celebrate my brothers birthday but no one should have to spend their hard earned money and get treated like crap. Sorry this is so long. I’m just honestly frustrated with this situation.

The pizza was hard & dry with the cheesy bread being fresher. Husband went to use restroom & once back, he said he was ready to leave. The restroom was disturbing & was triggering nausea. The whole establishment needs a good deep cleaning

I’ve been going here forever sence I was a kid than the people have always been grate but I went in today for lunch and one of the workers named Tammy was so rude and not nice she make us feel unwelcome and she just didn’t have good service it’s sad to see a place I’ve been going to forever and have had a good time to have someone that rude is sad

I called them and placed an order this evening for a pizza. I waited patiently for over an hour. No phone call, no pizza. I called back in and the guy who answered the phone, said that the delivery girl came by but did not stop. They said they called but I had no missed phone calls. They refused to give me a discount or any extra pizza or anything for the inconvenience and were very rude over the phone. Will I ever use them again for ordering pizza... Probably not 🚫
