And man, I enjoyed it.You know those times where you pay a little more than you want for BBQ, and then it ends up not tasting as good as the cost you paid?Man. This place is not that. It was worth every dollar, and the amount matched.Highly recommended.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE.I walked in yesterday and a short heavy chubby women with glasses named Wendy who is the carbon copy resemblance of Roz from Monsters Inc is repulsive!!!!I walked in and no greeting, but a face of disgust and an attitude. She says to me "dine or carryout?!" I inquired about the menu and she repeats "dine in or carryout!!" with a fierce attitude. My first and last time I'll ever come to this establishment again.I had the runs after eating the baked potato with beef. That place was dead and I know why now. Disgusted

Really good wings, made to order, very fresh and crispy. Cute place, friendly staff. We also loved the green beans and my kids had the Mac and cheese brisket. We had a fun family dinner here and will be back again soon.Kid-friendliness: Big tables, lots of room, clean.

The food is very good but the person at the counter, a very unfriendly girl, served us very poorly, she spoke to me in an unkind way, she did not give me the bread that comes with the order and when I asked for it she practically yelled at me, yes I didn't talk to him in the same way, it's because doing so is putting myself at his level and I have education, the people in charge of this establishment should pay attention to that.
Brisket and ribs have been good the times we have gone. Sausage as well. Their Spuds are also good and generous in portion. Their breakfast tacos are also tasty. Sometimes the service lacks a bit depending on who's at the register.

So, if you are reading this and live near this restaurant, please eat here every chance you get!!!I had the rib and chicken buffet with sides. Perfectly prepared pork ribs with perfectly fried wings. No need for seasoning. I did say perfect!!!! Stemmed long stimmed snapped beans with crisp intact. Cajun rice that completely complemented my palate. On the steam table: Mac and cheese, black eye peas etc. So much to choose from. So bring your appetite!Service was impeccable. Friendly faces and beautiful smiles. Undoubtedly award service.Parking is very easy and wheelchair accessible throughout the restaurant.Good lighting throughout inside and outside. Therefore, a safe environment for family and children.The bathroom is very clean. As well as the tables and floors. There is always someone making sure that the eating areas are ready for the guest to enjoy there meal.The owner made a point to visit each table while I was there. That is a big A+++ for me in serving customers.This restaurant definitely a return venue in Richmond.Enjoy the journey

It seems this older gal the several times we've eaten there and the food is so excellent butnot very pleasant or is always customer oriented. Just Saying . We are huge Texas BBQ . People. Just saying .

The food made me so sick. Not just me, but all three of us who ate here today. The brisket didn’t taste like it was actually smoked. It tasted like chemicals from too much liquid smoke. Food was cold. Nothing tasted fresh. We have had severe indigestion and belching up the liquid smoke flavoring all day! Terrible experience. When we got there almost every table was dirty with old plates from previous customers. The lady who made my side salad was super rude and clearly didn’t want to be there. I was really hopeful about this place, but never again. There are better places in the area.
