Was in the area and hungry so stopped by for dinner and I gotta say this, this place could use a deep cleaning. On top of that food was bad, service was ok, two of the guys were trying their best to be helpful. Ordered myself a house salad and they gave me a cup of honey mustard straight out from the fridge, mashed potatoes looked like someone just stepped on it and the steak was very dry, couldn’t even chew it. Grilled chicken was also dry, cheese burger was tasteless and the fries was mostly burnt. 2 of the tables that were closed to mine, walked out with half of their food was still untouched.

Where's the rest of the chicken?

I’ve been a lot of places in my time .. and have eaten at a lot of restaurants.. I can truly from the bottom of my heart say that this is the absolute worst place I’ve ever eaten at in my entire life. I am begging the owner to please just give it up and let something else be built here that’s actually delicious. This place is horrendous.

Great local chain. They have a nice variety of options. Have never been disappointed and have been going to different locations about once every 1-2 months since early 2000s. Never tried breakfast till 5-8 years ago and regret not trying that sooner.

The catfish platter is really nice & crisp well fried filets, and the fried okra was surprisingly very good! the chicken tender salad 🥗 is really delicious an absolute must try! The only problem is that the service is not nice or friendly. The young female taking our order could improve her customer skills by making us feel like we’re not interrupting her day. Not much to ask..Maybe just a simple smile would do. The prepayment asks for a gratuity. I would have not tipped at all had I known that the older female expediting the orders to the tables would be so rude. We sat down at an empty booth and noticed it wasn’t quite clean, so I asked her if she could wipe it down. She had a very rude demeanor and then walked away leaving the seats wet from her hand towel. So we had to grab napkins and dry our seats and table. She knew the seats were wet so it purposely left that way as we stood by waiting to sit. Then When she brought our food, I asked her for Tabasco and she pointed to the shelves in front of the kitchen implying it’s self serve. I gave her a cold look and said “ok thank you “ She walked away with no response..then brings the Tabasco back to our table. out of many restaurants to choose from, even if a place has a great menu with tasty items, if the service is bad it ruins the entire experience of enjoying the great food…Disappointing.

Money wasted. Was going to Joy Love Bird burger shop but they were close on Sundays. So I went down the street to this establishment for a burger. Ordered the bacon cheese burger combo $14. No seasoning or flavor. Bun was not fresh. Too bun off and tried a few bites of just meat and bacon. Had a funny taste trashed more than half the burger. Next time I’ll go to McDonald’s or just wait until Joy Love Bird is open. Never will get another penny from me.

Very friendly staff. The answer to all my questions about their menu. By the time I got my drink and sat down at the table my salad was already there. Entire meal was excellent.
