Food is pretty good. Burgers are hand pattied. I like their breakfast too.. They have the best Rye toast this side of the Mississippi. Order food at counter and a surly woman will bring it to you. The decor is tired and worn and needs a remodel.

Food was good but the shrimp were overcooked. Potatoes were awesome. Waiter was rude tho. I asked her for bbq sauce. She made a mean face walked off n never came back.

My meal was substandard. Half of it was not edible. I called the manager to see it and he denied there was a problem. I told him he needed to make it right with me after spending $14.00 on a meal when I had to leave half of it. He said he would talk to upper management and would call me but he never did. I called the restaurant 3 days later and left a message for him which was never returned. I have been a good customer of this restaurant since it was created. This was the first time I ever had an issue. I told him if he didn’t make it right with me I would not return. The manager seemed like it really didn’t matter to him.
the place is clean, orderly, and their to please you as a customer. the food was made to order. no shortage on food and certainly tasting just as good as it looks. have been there numerous times and always got exactly what i expected. you know when you want that specific item and you drool just thinking about it? well, this place comes through every single time. i will continue to be a patron.

The customer service here is TOP NOTCH! We ordered through the drive through and forgot to check everything. We noticed an item was missing when we got home (which can happen at any restaurant, no big deal). We called back and instead of letting us come back to get it Mr. Riley INSISTED he bring it to us himself! Going out of his way to keep us happy shows just how dedicated 9er’s BBQ is to providing the best experience possible. The food is very delicious. Can’t recommend them enough.

I received the cowboy steak they this evening had to return it because it was raw they re-cooked it and it even came back more raw
