When you put a person at the window to take orders, they represent the restaurant. Manager, take note; what an awful person. I paid for the meals, over $40 but when the person opened their mouth at the window, I had to drive on without my order. I didn’t want to take the chance of them doing something to my food.

The sandwiches are ridiculously small but expensive. See picture. Service was poor as only one guy was working and doing everything. He wore the same gloves from getting my food to cleaning and taking payment. I should have gone to whataburger instead.

Didn’t put cup in carrier properly and it fell into my car. Employee just shrugged and closed window.

Went in to eat lunch, was told online orders, turned around and left. Not sure if I misunderstood the guy, but you need better training on how to greet customers. I've walked out many times due to poor greetings, or poor service.

AWFUL!! We ordered our lunch at work delivered and the foods cold as ice. Looking forward to eat my fries but it was cold & stale?? Classic roast beef cold as ice, WTH?? Never again! Arby’s 8642 9111 FM 273 Rd Richmond address in receipt😡HORRIBLE!!!! So mad about it!
