Literally ordered 3 sno cones…been in drive thru for 30 min now & still no sno cones. Young kid just came to the window & said we’re backed up, but there’s literally NOBODY here! Do not come here if you’re in a hurry or have anywhere to be because you’ll be here until closing waiting on your sno cone! 38 minutes later they hand us two sno cones & looked dumbfounded when we asked for the missing sno cone. It’s just ice & it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to make them but clearly it’s too complicated for these employees. What a joke of an establishment!

My favorite part about Bahama Bucks was the slushies they make and the employee named Zee he was so kind and made my food in under 5 minutes, sometimes the tables were dirty from other customers eating there but it was a very delectable experience.

I hate leaving reviews like this…especially for a community location that we would like to see succeed, but more often than not when we come here it literally takes half an hour to get your order. When you finally get your order, half the time it has hardly any syrup in it. The owners need to work with their staff and get it together here.

I’ve been there a few times and have yet to be super impressed with any drink I’ve tried. But today the young man, slim with a curly ponytail and glasses, gave us our drinks in a broken cup wrapped in napkins. We didn’t realize it til he drove out of the drive thru but when we went to put the straw in, the drink came shooting out the side of my cup and got all over my car. I feel that he knew the cup was cracked because the other cup wasn’t wrapped in a bunch of napkins when he handed it to us and the broken one was. I wish I had gotten my receipt to get his name but he didn’t hand me one. My car and a book got soaked.

Too slow!!! Only ordered a small through the drive thru and took 10 minutes to make it and it was not what I ordered. At the very least come back to the window and say why it's taking so long. Also say I'm sorry it took so long. It's frustrating the lack of customer service happening nowadays. It's the little things that make the difference.

This has to the worst location I have been to. I was the only person in the drive-thru. I ordered 2 sno cones. They take the payment, 15 minutes go by and they bring the one cone with the wrong flavors so I ask for the correct ones. Another 10 minutes later they bring back a different one with 1 of 2 flavors correct, but in the wrong size. I take it anyways because I am not going to explain the order again. Then they stare blankly at me and I ask for the other sno cone. 10 minutes of waiting and they bring the second one telling me they forgot about it. I'm not sure if it was a new worker or if they were just not comprehending the whole order. I DO NOT recommend this location.

Visited this place today and was quite disappointed. I walked in around 2:15 PM on a Thursday. There was one person in line when I walked in. Only one employee behind the counter. She did not acknowledge my presence once my entire time there. I waited the first 10 minutes and watched her tend to the drive thru line when a guy walked in and went behind the counter. I assume coming from lunch because he was holding a pizza box. He did not wash his hands and proceeded to put on gloves and began working with the ice. Very unsanitary. At that point the girl still said nothing to me and I’d been waiting 15-20 minutes. So I just left. I don’t mind waiting but I do mind being ignored and witnessing cross contamination/unsanitary behavior. Just disappointing overall. I will not be back
