The taste is very good but the worker started being unfriendly once she saw that I didnt leave a tip (I picked up my own ice cream from the drive thru, I dont see the point in leaving a tip? She is not working for free. She is getting paid to this job. The tip is extra and it should be left to the decision of the client. It shouldnt be mandatory especially in the drive thru).

I stopped by this Baskin at about 9:20p on October 13, 2025 and everything I tried to order the guy at the window said that they did not have which I know was a lie if you want to close at 9:20p stop advertising that you close at 9:45p and lying to customers saying that you don’t have the Oreo Cappy or the Classic Cappy when you know that you do !!!! I hope that the manager Sherri sees this and takes action !!!

I wasn't impressed. My girls didn't enjoy the ice cream as much as anticipated either. The flavors were very lackluster. It was probably the most bland butter pecan ice cream I've ever had.

It's getting common to get your order of ice cream cup without a lid and employee finger dipped in it ib a drive through.

I had a very disappointing experience at your drive-thru due to an employee named Revolve. Her attitude was rude and unprofessional, and the customer service was unacceptable. If someone doesn’t want to work or treat customers with respect, they shouldn’t be working. Because of this, we won’t be returning to this location.
Amazing experience!! Ordered 5 banana splits and they were super fast and very friendly staff! Happy Sundae on a Sunday!!

Went the other day around 9:10-9:15pm & sat down with some friends. (They close at 10:00) They still had a little over 45 minutes till closing!! Some younger black lady; I didn’t get to catch her name, gave us the nastiest looks the whole time and began to mop around us & continued to look over at us multiple times while mopping and was rolling her eyes at us. We finished & left by 9:35 & left it clean. So she did all that for absolutely no reason. We were out way before closing time. Teach your employees to respect customers! Giving nasty glances & mopping around peoples feet while eating with strong smelling bleach is extremely rude.. again. I could understand if we were in there past closing but we sat down, ate & left within a reasonable time. Other customers were still walking in & getting ice cream anyways.. she just happen to have a problem with us since we were sitting down..
