I’ve been consistently getting ice cream here since it opened. However, the last couple of visits have been terrible including the ice cream not tasting well, cones being stale, and EXCESSIVE drive thru wait times. Ordered at the speaker and pulled up to the window, waited about 10 minutes for someone to come take our payment. One girl was serving othered while the other girl was sweeping/ mopping. It was 9 Pm, would have understood if it was closer to 10. Service has gone downhill, DO NOT RECOMMEND

I love coming here but it’s getting to the point where I may start purchasing elsewhere. Not sure why they no longer fill the container up. If I spend $15 for ice cream you expect to receive your quart filled. This is the second time I came home and was not satisfied with my purchase and feeling like I did not receive my full monies worth. Do better!!!

Raba (the person who served us) cashier can be more respectful to the customers. You’re the Baskin Robbin’s your customer service attitude should be respected as well as the service.

I was bothered by the fact that they never have whip cream, and Bananas, I been Herr like 7 times and always wantedca banana split but they always out of the ingredients

You can’t go wrong with Ice Cream! Especially in these hot summer days!!! Try the Daiquiri Ice! It’s my favorite ?
This is our go to location and usually they’re always on point, but not tonight. The shakes were watered down and not even close to being filled to the top. My double scoop ice cream looked like a kids size. The employee was bery nice but all they can say was sorry instead of rectifying their mistake. Do better.
