Big City Wings in Richmond is legit one of the best wing spots around. The wings come out hot, fresh, and packed with flavor, and the beer’s always cold. What really makes this place stand out, though, is the service. Kassandra behind the bar runs the show—she’s fast, on point, and makes everyone feel right at home. You can tell she actually cares about her customers. Definitely my go-to spot when I want good food, good vibes, and great people.

I stopped in at Big City Wings in Richmond and had such a great experience! The wings were absolutely delicious—crispy, saucy, and cooked perfectly. The vibe here is fun and welcoming, and the service really made it stand out. Cassandra (with K! was our bartender, and she was amazing—super attentive, friendly, and made sure our drinks were always full. It’s rare to get service that genuine these days, and she really made the whole night even better. Highly recommend this spot for anyone who loves great wings and top-notch service!

Tons of screens, so great for any sports fans trying to catch the game. Food was about what you’d expect, nothing special. Pretty loud and difficult to have conversations without having to yell. Kid friendly.

Showed up to eat with the family and the manager REFUSED to put on a baseball game despite there being all of 4 tables at the restaurant. Didn't even have the profesional courtesy to try and explain why. Just sent a poor busboy to do so. So we got up and left without ordering anything.

Awesome time here! Good food and the drinks were great, Michaela was our bartender and she was super attentive even with the heavy crowd. Never had an empty glass and our food was still hot when we got it. Definitely going to be coming back to this location.

Service and staff were absolutely incredible and attentive, the variety of sauces were great. Really love the buffalo chicken fries but the amount of different loaded fries is amazing !
