A patron tried to pick-up a lady and Harold advised against it strongly and really looked out for her well being. On the plus side there were plenty of wings with plenty of meat. You get 10 wings with a standard order. I would have preferred perhaps a smaller size like 6 or 7. The waffle fries became cold quickly and were unedible. The wings were decent while hot. I didn’t rate them as high because something was missing. Perhaps it’s the oil they use or perhaps it’s a fresh versus frozen wing before cooking but the chicken itself didn’t have much flavor. The service was attentive and prompt. Menu prices were reasonable. Good atmosphere for the suburban family. Plenty of TV’s to watch sports.

I came to wait to get seated. No one was there to seat me. So I just found a booth for me and my son to sit at. I waited 20 mins and still no one came to give me a menu or and ask have I been helped. Horrible service.

Walking in, and an unclean order hit you. I was on lunch break so I was hoping that the food would make up for it. I was wrong had the wings the skin on those wings were so hard I felt I had to pull on it “that’s crazy” l won’t go back!!!!

First time visiting and it will be the last. I will say the hostess and waitress were very friendly, no complaints there. However, the restaurant itself and the food not so great. As soon as I walked in there was an odor, a combination of dirty mop and dirty bathroom and the floors were sticky.That’s not what I want to smell when about to eat my lunch, I should have left right then and there but I was on my lunch break.Had the cheese burger and it was mediocre, the bun was too sweet and the overall burger lacked in flavor. Wings were not good and the skin was so tough.
The food at this Big City Wings was excellent but the service was absolute trash. We got there about 6pm and didn't leave until almost 8. I could tell the service was going to be lacking as it took a long time just get our order in. We never got checked on and we had to ask for utensils and still they didn't bring a knife like we requested. Our drinks were empty most of the night until we were getting ready to leave and I had to stop someone. This place was not that busy to cause such poor service. Wings were great and large and came out hot. All the food was good but overshadowed by very poor service and to me high prices.Parking: Parking was fine. Thats an odd thing to ask about.

The place is completely trash. Slow or not. They take forever, are rude, and the food tastes awful. The plates and silverware they give you always have residues on them. The glasses too. Do they use an old dishwasher? The baskets are greasy, and if you look under the paper the food trays have food and rust. The management is total trash and super uncooperative. You can tell the people who work there are miserable, and I don’t blame them. I talked to one of them. Their pay is minimum wage OR tips not both. I would never work there. And I don’t believe in supporting businesses that treat their employees and customers this badly. I believe I even saw one of the managers was sick. Why would you go into the kitchen when you obviously have a runny nose and cough? This place is disgusting and so not worth it.
