Great breakfast and lunch food cooked to order. Great coffee order at counter and they bring it to the table.

Food is ok and not much flavor . The breakfast tacos with bacon remind me of when I learned to cook , not much flavor and half assed.

The BLTA , too much avocado and the tomato that was seasoned with what ever was not good.

Too cold in here also , but likely due to it recently rain. Not going to come back not my thing .

This place is located in a small little shopping strip with 4 or 5 other stores and a playground in the back. All 4 of us that order coffee loved what we ordered! I did a vanilla caramel iced latte with 1% milk. Delicious! Not too sweet and the flavor came through. Got a bacon and egg breakfast tacos which comes with 2 but it didn't come with a sauce and not sure if I was suppose to order that separately or if there is a station to pick up. I had my little ones with me so I was too busy to really search or ask and besides as a busy mom, as is usually is good. Haha. The kids shared a bacon and egg croissant which they devoured.

They have the cutest little kid section and some bench seating right next to it. I never knew how much I seeked out bench seating until I had kiddos. Lot of toys for the kids like blocks, books, magnetiles...

This was a 50 min drive for me but to venture out to another small city and explore was worth the drive. My oldest thought we were in the car for too long and somehow I survived the outting with 2 littles by myself and no stroller/wagon. I was bold.

There is a small parking lot in front of the stores and after that it's street parking. We all got there at different times and all of us were able to get parking. We did come on a Sunday morning and I arrived at around 10:50am.

This place is a hidden gem. ? gently tucked away in a cozy spot that is so serene and beautiful with a view of backyard. Has a small play pen for kids to play and parents to unwind. They also have books for quick read or up for grabs ! They have amazing coffee and views ! I really hope they would introduce food plates too !

I’m a local and value what BlockHouse does for the community. The ownership is active and they run multiple events promoting the local businesses and artisans.

It’s a solid choice for coffee and the atmosphere is hip with a “Mommy-blogger” feel.

The kids corner is a nice addition to hanging out with other parents and letting the kids interact.

Good food/coffee and good vibes. The place is small so it can get crowded inside at times. Patio area is nice for kids and they have improved it gradually. I have to say that service and food stepped up since our last visit and feedback. If it offered full service for breakfast/brunch we would be there every weekend!
