Worst customer service experience ever. There were three of us there, but the lady at the counter said we could only have two ice cream samples TOTAL between the three of us??? There was an awkward moment of silence, and then she rudely asked “Well, are you going to buy some ice cream or not”. With that attitude, no one is going to buy anything from you.

10/11/2025 Today I purchased 4 different drinks for me and 3 of my kids. I asked the lady for suggestions, she suggested a drink with milk, I said no because I'm lactose intolerate. She suggested the Jasmin Green Tea with berries.

I would not recommend it as it tasted very bitter and the berried were not real, and tasteless.

I told her that the green tea had a very bitter taste at the end, and asked if i could change it. She told me that I had to pay for it and that if i wanted another drink, I would have to pay an additional fee for the drink.

I did not think it was fair and for that I give it a 2 star rating because the woman was unkind. I had to throw the drink in the trash.

Staff is nice except for one girl didn’t get her name but she stands at the register and has the closest mean look like we are bothering her at her job! Second thing twice have visited and I right after we ordered they don’t have the item available! This happened today instead of giving me back the money to original form of payment they gave me cash back instead of asking if I would like something else of what was ordered! Rude rude rude, they also didn’t have enough cookies to give out for every person that was with me, common sense for the staff if you don’t have enough bake another batch but it’s pure lazyness for them not have enough for customers.

Great little shop with a great selection of Boba and Lattes. The pastries and sandwiches are also amazing! Come check it out!

Michelle took our order and was very friendly and knowledgeable regarding the menu items. Ordered flaming dragon, cookies and cream ice cream and pina colada smoothie.
