Horrible service i understand its busy and your short handed but she was rude and didn't even acknowledge us as customer no give me a second no nothing. Then we ask if we should seat ourselves? She was like well no but I guess just sit there. We had been standing here looking crazy waiting to at least be acknowledged. We asked if there was a greeter and she said no to a few minutes later see a greeter come out and seat someone else. They never gave a menu or took our drinks before waiting on the people who had arrived after us.

Picked up a takeout order and was very disappointed. The onion rings portion was extremely small and partially burnt and broken pieces. Portions of other items in the order were also very small. Buffalo Wild Wings generally has a policy of showing the food at the time of takeout, but that was not done for this order. We trusted the staff to handle this properly and to ensure portions and quality were thoroughly checked ahead of time, but that was not the case. The order was clearly not checked before being handed out. If anyone is getting a takeout order from here please make sure to check it yourself. Will not be returning to this location.

We ordered takeout and it was one of the worst decisions we’ve made. The fries were stale, the wings barely had any sauce, and on top of that, our order was incorrect, we were missing wings. When I called back to address the issue a young man answered claimed everything was checked and then hung up on me. The food quality and customer service were both extremely disappointing. Based on the overall experience, the place didn’t appear clean and it honestly felt like something the city should inspect. I would not recommend this establishment.

I’ve been coming here for years and never had a problem.. special shout out to Ms.Avani & I believe her name is Ms.Danni.. they are always nice & go the extra mile! I wish I could give a better review. We’ve been here many times in the last several years. I can count on one hand how many times we’ve enjoyed our food here. Tonight was the absolute worst. The person who seated us said they were really busy but less than a third of the restaurant was full. We should’ve known something was wrong because there were seven food delivery people waiting for food at the entrance that looked very irritated. We waited over 40 minutes for chips and queso. We then ordered, and while we expected a wait and were not in a huge hurry, the food took over an hour and when it came, half of it was inedible. I don’t know what happened to the salad but it tasted like someone poured an entire bottle of lemon juice on it. My kid and I were splitting it. I unfortunately put my chicken on top of it before I started eating and then it was ruined by whatever was in the salad. We couldn’t manage to eat more than 3 bites. I’ve never had anything like it. I genuinely hope we don’t get sick. No one could tell us what was on it. Absolutely disgusting! The waiter, bless his heart, was working so hard to assist his tables despite whatever disaster was happening in the kitchen. Absolutely no complaints about him whatsoever. He was friendly and attentive. You could tell he was very new. He told the manager about our food and the manager wouldn’t look at it or anything. Just said to bring us our bill. In the just over two hours we were there, multiple tables of people were seated and never waited on and just ended up leaving. We love Buffalo Wild Wings but will definitely not be returning to this location. It is not consistent at all. The wait staff that has been there for a long time is great. The food here just isn’t worth the money or the wait anymore, especially when there are other locations that ARE consistent. (On a side note, we’ve been sat in the booths by the entrance and had the A/C drip on us and our food on four different occasions as well. That was also gross!) I really hope someone can help this restaurant! And I REALLY hope someone looks into whatever was put on the salad.

I came in tonight to dine in, I was sat and waited at a table for 15 minutes and nobody ever came to assist me, I left upset and still hungry. When I told the girl who sat me I was never attended to she didn’t even apologize when I told her I was leaving. She just acted like she didn’t understand English. Terrible experience.

Only a total of 5 tables of customers Halloween night. I was 1 of a party of 3. My meal & friend’s meal came out together, 3rd person in our party’s dinner didn’t come out until 10 minutes later. I asked for mgr. & she used the excuse take out was busy. I told her that’s no excuse. There’s only 4 other tables of customers & if 2 of the meals can come out at same time so can a third. She walked off. On 2 different occasions I had to go to waiter’s station to get water refills for 2 of us. No waitress in sight. Cheesesteak very dry It tasted like it had Velveets on it.
We ordered take out and it was really bad. The beef burger smelled like undercooked meant and tasted weird. The portions sizes were small and the wings were really hard and chewy. Would not recommend, will never order from here.
