This is with out question the most lazy yet alone to mention on the same bar as un professional but yet still with so much potential when it comes to the kitchen because the food was actually fantastic wings not dry yet at the same time not to saucy crispy bite as well but the hostess ruined that experience for me at this location anyways. My waitress acted as if we did not exsist which is unfortunate cause we were a large party were potential of tips would have exceded well into hundreds and when I asked another. Employee for assistance she acted like she did not see me even though I was pretty vigilant with my need for assistance but one things for sure about this location besides the need to mention the lack of service on the main floor is that we will not be back

We arrived at Buffalo Wild Wings at 12:27. We were told they had stopped serving alcohol and food. And food? So does the restaurant close at 12:30 or 1am?

the server john really put me onhe told me about i had to download the buffalo wild wings app and i could get as many wings for free as i buyi ordered 6 bone in wings and they matched it to 12.this deal is on tuesday’s for people that use their appthe jameson shot was 4$ which is absolutely unheard of at a restaurant or bar just crazy he said that’s everyday that definitely worked on me im going to be going there next tuesday

I’ve done work for Buffalos all over Houston and I’ve gotta say this is BY FAR the worst buffalo I’ve ever had to work for. Most consistent thing about this is place is the amount of poor reviews and horrible service.

Always grab Togo here and the staff have been very nice and friendly. Service is pretty fast when it comes to picking up online orders. They don’t get too busy during the day so it’s a great time to dine in if you want some peace and quiet. Overall, great location, close to a lot of shopping stores!

Terrible service, very disappointed that they could not have service on time for the Superbowl. And yes i know it is obvious that demand will be very high on that date. But we requested 2 days before and set up the time.Went there to pick up on time and they say “come back in 1 hr”. Came back after 1 hour and they say “it will be one more hr”. A few minutes later they start recommending people to ask for a refund, which we did.These guys do not properly set service according to their capacity, they just let you order and they make sure to disappoint!!!Never ordering from this place again!

Bro I order they door dash and immediately called after to ask and make sure they're extra cripy the guy said they're already done in the hit box and they should be crispy... bro I order 2 mins ago your lying nah I'm looking at them there is no way they're done nor are they extra crispy if they're done 2 mins after I order on door dash your just lazy.

I paid with a credit card I hardly use anywhere and 3 days later, there is a unauthorized transaction on my card. I called credit card company to shut the card down. When I called the restaurant to talk to manager to make them aware, the person answering the phone (who was also the person taking call-in orders) said he was the manager. Very suspicious.
