This location is not as good as the hillcroft one... they have okay food... but service is not good.

The shawarma meat was so dry and chewy it got stuck in our mouth..
We called the manager but they said there wasn't one on duty .
Quantity of the fries was so small and cheese was very stale
We spent a lot and didn't eat at all.

Have ordered Chicken Shawarma with combo drink and fries but Chicken Shawarma was cold and it was very dry in Khoubous we I informed to the manager he said he just cut and gave me I show there colleges it's cold and very dry
Got disappointed with Chicken Shawarma was not so good and was not warm as it should be..don't like at all.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. My order was made incorrectly, and when they prepared something I did not order, I clearly told them I did not want it because I was in a hurry and had already been delayed because of the mistake.

The staff told me that my refund had already been processed and assured me there would be no issue, even after I explained that I live far away and would not be able to come back. I trusted what they told me, left without the food, and now I still have not received my refund.

I was charged for food I never received, and I was given inaccurate information by the staff. This was very unprofessional and frustrating. I would appreciate this issue being resolved immediately

Great food as always! The shawarma is excellent as well as all the different sandwiches, my favorites have always been the Philly cheese steak and the deluxe burger and make sure to get a bunch of the garlic mayo!
