The place has a horrible smell. Hit us as soon as we walked in. Ordered a Philly cheesesteak sandwich and it was the saddest one I’ve ever had. Not going back here again

My Philly cheesesteak was bland, had no flavor. I ordered a Lrg peach tea and the gentleman at the register who took my order never gave me my drink then acted like I never paid for a drink. I have to show him my recipe to show him what all I paid for. Not a good experience

We’ve been here a few times to grab our orders. It is exceptionally clean inside. Food is always hot and good. My only criticism is that I wish they’d actually grill the meat with the onions/peppers/jalapenos…I always request that they do, but it still seems like they’re just maybe thrown on right before they wrap them up.
But the sandwhiches are still great, so, not a big a deal.

Liliane is so nice!! From all the Charlie 's, this one has the best service. The girl on the grill was fast and made it well. Usually you get this sloppy uneven sub. Nope, not here.
