This place is quiet and perfect for family outings. I love to come all the way to this location because I love the feeling it causes me the area in general. My daughters also love this place. We came on a Wednesday, and they had to young ladies painting faces there for free. Of course, they surely appreciate a tip. Will come back soon.

Went around 1:15pm the staff was wonderful, the manager on duty was very attentive to customers as well as to his employees.
If I’m purchasing a salad, why is it that I can’t buy an extra salad sauce I understand two comes with the order already, but if I’m offering to pay extra to get an extra sauce, why would y’all refuse that to the person who’s eating the food? it makes absolutely no sense. Very irritated. Definitely won’t be coming back. That is the dumbest thing ever people don’t want no dry saladIf I want my salad, drenched in nothing but sauce, give me the sauce
As an older lady who doesn't usually give compliments, i just have to say this Chick-Fil-a has truly admirable service by its young employees, especially Samantha Pablo. She was very kind and patient with my special needs son, Noah🩷

Pulled up to the drive though. Was told to wait a sec as the car hop finished a personal conversation with someone else. No greetings or anything. Cancelled my order and went to Whataburger. Way better service.

This is my preferred chick fil an anyway but I wanted to come on here and leave a good review for Chris!! He was so sweet and seemed genuinely happy to be working which I know must be hard in this heat! Always get through the line here in 5 minutes or less even if it’s long- yall work hard at this chick fil a! Thank you!!

I go here sometimes but if I need to, I’d rather drive to the location in Cinco Ranch. The issue I always seem to have a this location is the food seems to be just thrown into the bag. The fries are always tossed in the bag and falls out of its packaging. Also, when I ask for utensils, I have to double check before I leave to make sure they’re in the bag. Lately, it also seems that food is cold.
Seems like they care more about getting the cars through the drive-through lane as fast as they can.
It seems to be getting worse and worse, quality is going down at this location.
The worst. I will not be coming back to this location. I placed a mobile order and was CHARGED and when I go to the drive thru they can’t seem to find my order. I talk to I don’t know how many employees but they still can’t seem to find it. I show them the order and the charge on my bank account but nothing. The manager was no help. They wanted me to place the order again… so that I can be charged once mare? No thank you. I now have to spend an unnecessary amount of time contacting the bank to get this corrected. Never again 👎🏼
