Today I had the worst experience with Asst Manager Jada Mendoza. I placed an order for curbside. After waiting 12 minutes I went inside to inquire because curb side isnt usually that long of a wait. The young lady at the counter didnt give any info so I asked for the manager. She spoke to Jada and she came to the counter. She said the wait was because I ordered no pickles on the sandwich. I said I'll just take 1 with pickles because I needed to go. She put a sandwich and fries into the bag and tossed it onto the counter in front of me and walked away. I was appalled. No apology, no pleasant demeanor, no drink for my order. Mind you I was not rude to her. I asked for her name she said Jada and I asked for my drink. She pointed at the pickup rack and said you can get it from there. Another young man came and got it and gave to me. I asked for the general manager and she pointed to a guy near the front door. He apparently had just came in. His name was Michael. I explained what occurred and he apologized but I let him know I would be contacting the owner about the level of disrespect that occurred. There is no way Jada M should be in a managerial position. The other workers (who look related to me) will start to show the same behaviors if this is how an Asst Manager handles customers. My receipt and notifications are attached so that you can see the time stamps. Again, it wasn't even about the wait. It was about how she handled the situation.

I stopped by this morning to pick up breakfast. This was an online order I had placed on the app. I’m not sure if I received old food or not but the quality of my breakfast meal was not there. First of all the chicken was as thin as a paper . NOTHING compared to what you advertise, the cookie was not warm and it was stiff . The hashbrowns were soggy . The only good thing was my peppermint coffee.. that was the only thing fresh
Edem made our experience so wonderful! He was patient with our kids and so kind to come to our table and even do a Christmas joke to make us all smile! The staff here is wonderful and we had such a fun evening!
