The manager Evette is very rude. I’ve never had a negative thing to say when visiting a chic fil a but she does not have the customer service skills that I’ve seen from employees who don’t even have manager status.

We've been going to this location for years but today someone named Evette treated us poorly.
After ruining our Cobb salad on September 11th with no extra nuggets and barely any nuggets at all.
The bowl of soup ordered had half amount of soup and added 5 sets of crackers in order, didn't get a single one.
Evette was rude to my wife saying she cannot give us a replacement salad. She just gave us 8 piece nuggets which wasn't even what we complained about.
She acted rudely and didn't even apologize or show any empathy.
We will be buying less or not at all from this location and the Bella Terra location which are owned by the same franchisee.
All it takes is one person to ruin the experience for a customer, and that happened today by Evette.

We like chick-fil-a but this time our chicken wasn’t fully cooked. I ate a chicken nugget and it had that raw taste and the chicken was pretty pink. Right when I started chewing I spat it out. Service was good though.

I took a 4 month leave from eating chick fil a. Recently I went back and was amazed by the staff, I remembered why I use to go all the time because the people who work there are amazing

Not sure how hard it is to give condiments with a meal or even a straw. Asked for Chik fila ranch each time in drive throu. They forgot it each time, not sure how hard it is to read the order cause it’s written on there. Happened 3 times so far in the past 5 times I have came. Maybe if the staff at the drive throu pick up spot stopped goofing off and paid attention.

Believe it or not this is the second time we've been to this Chick-fil-A this week they have the best chicken nuggets that I've ever had and the great thing is the reward program for having their app on your phone has given us two free nuggets each me and my wife have enjoyed them very much and what a savings.

Very disappointed with our visit today wasn't busy at all very few customers they not only got our order wrong but the food was also cold. I guess it wasn't their pleasure to make our food fresh

I came to this restaurant around 12:45pm today. I ordered an 8-count nugget meal on the app. I work about 8 minutes from here. I drove all the way back to work just to realize they had given me a 4 piece nugget. I went to exit my car to go inside my job, and the lid was not on my drink correctly and it fell and my whole drink dumped out. i took a picture and decided to head back. I’m not sure who it was that helped me, but he was a taller man with glasses and a buzz cut. He was extremely generous. i offered to give him the receipt and the food back and that I just wanted the 8 count nugget. Not only did he let me keep the 4 nuggets, but he gave me a hot 12-count nugget, made me a new drink, and even gave me a cookie aswell. this is what customer service is all about. wonderful on that.
