A heartfelt thank you to the manager, Luis! I ordered lunch online for my daughters' wonderful elementary teachers, but the pickup time was incorrect. I attempted to call the restaurant, but was redirected to the chat feature. In a hurry, I went to the store and explained the situation to the manager, emphasizing that the lunch was for teachers. I literally come here everyday I don’t miss. I’m pregnant and come here for a meal and chips everyday for a snack. They pick and choose when they have fresh chips and it’s very upsetting. It seems as they mix stale and new chips together and just repackage them. 3/6 days I’ll get fresh chips that’s crazy. Its unacceptable I don’t like making anyone’s job harder but I think you should make fresh batches throughout the day !!
