Portion sizes!!!!!!! Common!!!! Why are they like that??? and the lady was telling me that is extra for more, extra for the correct ammount? Not comming here ever again.

I went against my best judgment and decided to give Chipotle another go! This location is new and I've been here twice before with no complaints. It's average at best food and service wise but this time I can tell that both service and the food quality are trending downward, unfortunately! They literally police the serving sizes with I guess the person who was the manager standing at the counter along with the workers overseeing everything! The food is barely average and the portion sizes are criminal at best! The place has a weird design layout and it's giving weird vibes overall! I more than likely want be back unless I get a really good reward! There's definitely better spots out there!

This specific location is not accommodating and the manager and staff are unhelpful and dismissive. The steak and chicken were very dry and looked old. Yet they refused to make fresh meat because the manager said that their “policy” states that they can’t make too much food. Terrible customer service.

This day the white rice had no cilantro, they had no chips and the manager was so rude asking the other employees to ration the chicken because at 8pm they were almost out of cooked chicken! She was rude to customers while their location is not serving food to chipotle standards. Never coming to this location again!

I love chipotle and was excited to hv this location right outside my subdivision. Trust me, it's worth the drive to drive to a further location. The last two times, my chicken tasted burnt. So today I decided to get out instead of ordering online. The chicken on display being used, looked decent but the grill was filthy with a full day (hopefully not DAYS) worth of burnt chicken on it. I got home, yep tastes burnt and the rice is hard! Such a disappointment. The last time a review was emailed to me and I said all of these things. Kinda disappointed in corp as well, that no one called me to inquire. I counted 5 workers standing around, seems the grill could be clean!

Will never stop here again ! I ordered 3 kids build your own, in person, and asked for hard shell tortilla, only to be told that they didn’t have any. What a lie !! The lady had just given the person in front of me hard shells for their plate . I asked her a second time and she said no . To avoid confrontation, I moved along .
