The place looked real nice, even had seating next to where they prepare food but wow- the front of house really needs to learn how to not hard-ignore customers when they have someone requesting what they ordered. Not hard to just say, 'oh my bad' and correct the issue.

Chronic Fries is INSIDE Urban Bird Hot Chicken. The location is hard to find because they don't advertise the chronic Fries anywhere on the store front.
