Love love the service with a smile from the waitresses and bartender. You tell them your order once and they remember it for the rest of the night! I love that… the music was good, mostly R&B ❤️and some hiphop. The building could be ventilated a little better though for the smoke though. Great experience overall though!

I came into Cleopatra’s looking for a special gift for a friend’s birthday. I really didn’t know where to start since I have no cigar knowledge. The owner, Charles, and his staff were so welcoming, and he personally helped me put together an amazing gift! I had a great experience!

Great cigar lounge with amazing food and personalized drinks. They have well known & classic cigar brands. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable with top notch customer service. The owner, Charles, took time to come over and visit with us. By far, the best cigar lounge in the area.

I went in late one night before they closed, and met the owner. He was so nice and he stayed open a little longer to help me pick out some cigars, and some of his favorites. I have eaten at the restaurant before and the food and service was incredible. Louisiana is in my blood and this is the best New Orleans type restaurant in Texas!

This place was fantastic and the owner was incredibly nice. The cigar selection was very limited but solid. The house smokes that the owner recommended were maduros that sported a toothy oscuro wrapper and had some high potency. He played them off as if they were Cuban, which is fine since Richmond is still a pretty small town and you have to hustle, to me they were in the wheelhouse of a good Nicaraguan. Apparently they come by way of a shop in New York City. Would like to get a whole box/bundle to see how they turn out with another 3-5 years of age on them but it looked like he was low on stock. Tried to find them online but couldnt match the marca.

This place is great. They have a great selection of cigars and excellent customer service. On Wednesday nights they have steak, potato, esparagus, wine, and a cigar for $45. The food was excellent. I absolutely enjoyed my experience. Thank you to Asia for great service and hospitality.

Top notch cigar lounge with convenient access to delicious Soul food right next door. The cigar selection is diverse with many well known & classic brands while having multiple, excellent house cigar options. The drink selection is great with friendly and knowledgeable staff. The old fashion is superb and I highly recommend one. Over a dozen separate seating areas allow an intimate feel while accommodating larger groups.All areas including bathrooms and outside are clean, professional and well maintained. From service to quality to friendliness this place has it all!
