Overall, not bad; price-wise, it is good. The hotel is located away from the main downtown area. Customer service during check-in needs improvement and should be welcoming with a smile. The staff in the hotel should be well-groomed; it is important in hospitality.

Atmosphere was vibrant and not too hectic! The bartenders were very polite and super friendly, often inviting you to have conversation. I also got the honor of having a free drink thanks to a man that bought rounds for the entire bar and overall had an amazing time. They drinks are at an insanely affordable price and they have something exciting everyday in terms of deals, karaoke nights, half priced drinks, billiards, and more.
